Singing lessons in primary schools are an important form of implementing aesthetic education in the compulsory education stage.In China's basic music education,song teaching is also the main content,supplemented by the simultaneous teaching of appreciation,music theory knowledge,sight singing,instrumental music,performance and composition.As one of the three major music education systems in the world,the "Orff teaching method" is aimed at cultivating students' personalised development and stimulating their creativity and innovative consciousness,and has been highly appreciated and loved by music educators worldwide for its lively and interesting teaching mode.In this paper,the Orff method is studied in depth and its application to primary school singing lessons is considered to be of great interest to primary school students.It is argued that the application of the Orff method to primary school singing lessons will greatly enhance pupils' interest in learning music,and that effective motivation of pupils in the process of learning to sing will yield significant results.The introduction of this study first expounds the research background and significance,and then introduces the application status,research ideas and methods of Orff teaching method at home and abroad by means of literature review.Next,it expounds the related concepts of Orff teaching method from two different aspects: the definition of Orff teaching method and the characteristics and advantages of Orff teaching.Then,through the methods of interview and action research,from three different aspects: the formalization of singing teaching in qinjiagang primary school in Shapingba District,Chongqing,the low completion of teaching content in teaching materials,the low interest of primary school students in singing learning,and the adult of teaching teachers and teaching methods in qinjiagang primary school,This paper analyzes the current situation of singing teaching in qinjiagang primary school in Shapingba District,Chongqing.Then from the integration of Orff's teaching concept and the new curriculum standard teaching concept;The teaching object,goal and content of Orff teaching method are indispensable;Orff teaching method studies the feasibility of the combination of singing teaching and Orff teaching from three different aspects,such as solving the difficulties of singing teaching.Finally,based on running Orff's teaching concept through the singing class,that is,building a singing learning bridge centered on students' experience,this paper discusses the importance and practical measures of the integration of Orff's teaching form and our national music teaching;Combining Orff teaching with traditional singing teaching,based on giving play to the basic training ability in this teaching method and improving teachers' music literacy and practical ability,so as to improve students' independent initiative;Make use of the summary,induction and selectivity in Orff's teaching to enhance students' interest in learning.Finally,the case study of using Orff teaching method in the second grade singing class "Golden Peacock gently jumping" of human voice edition primary school,and so on,studies the application of Orff teaching method in the singing teaching of qinjiagang primary school in Shapingba District,Chongqing.The author's analysis of the current situation of music teaching in Qinjiagang Primary School in Shapingba District,Chongqing,together with a detailed interpretation of the Orff teaching method,reveals that the Orff teaching method can play an important role in China's primary school music education,with its embedded cultural attitudes and caring approach.It is a good fit with the musical culture and educational connotations of China over the years,and is more conducive to the improvement of China's primary school music education system at this stage,which is conducive to the promotion of musical culture at the primary school level,so as to successfully explore an innovative model of primary school singing education that highlights the significance of Chinese values.
