With the continuous penetration of the Internet,online learning has become a development trend.Online teaching in the context of epidemic prevention has enabled teachers to master certain online teaching methods and students to adapt to this learning mode.However,like offline teaching mode,online teaching also has certain limitations.Hybrid teaching mode combines the two and creates a learning environment with open form,divergent thinking and personality development for students according to their different needs.Therefore,the author tries to investigate and study the implementation status of physics online and offline teaching in middle schools in Dalian,in order to provide some reference for hybrid teaching.Taking Dalian Nanjin Experimental School as an example,this paper uses interview method and questionnaire method to analyze the current situation of physics teaching in junior middle school.Then USES the experimental method,from all the selected two there was no significant difference of 2 grade class,respectively,for a term of hybrid teaching teaching model school and traditional offline,comparison of that in comparative classes and experimental classes before test and after test results,using the paired t test,mean to study the differences of data,such as the experimental class students to interview,prove the effectiveness of the hybrid teaching mode,And put forward suggestions and prospects.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which defines the concept of hybrid teaching mode,sorts out the research on the structure and practice of hybrid teaching mode,and determines the specific research significance,research methods and content according to the theoretical basis and the limitations of existing research.The second part investigates and studies the current situation of online and offline physics teaching in middle schools in Dalian,and formulates the implementation principles of hybrid teaching according to the investigation results and literature analysis.The third part designs the hybrid teaching structure to complete two teaching cases and carry out teaching practice.By comparing with the two classes of traditional teaching mode,the advantages and difficulties of the hybrid teaching mode of junior middle school physics are found and countermeasures are put forward.The fourth part is to summarize the research conclusions,put forward suggestions,find shortcomings and prospects.The conclusions of the study are as follows.Firstly,through the investigation of students and teachers,it is found that: Student to physics learning interest is higher,the school classroom participation in class harvest feeling will be higher,but with the development of network,students can also use the network to study at ordinary times,most students like this kind of hybrid teaching model,for most teachers understanding of hybrid teaching mode is not thorough,but very interested in,And some teachers have adopted this mode of teaching.Secondly,through the integration and analysis of relevant literature,the principles proposed in this paper include: the principle of birth oriented,the principle of individuation,the principle of efficiency.According to the above principles and investigation and analysis,this paper divides the implementation steps of blended teaching into three parts: front-end analysis,activity and resource design and teaching evaluation.Third,on the basis of teaching design principles and implementation procedures for the teaching case,carries on the practice of experimental classes and after that in comparative classes effect analysis,found that use hybrid teaching model for junior middle school physics teaching can effectively improve the efficiency of teaching,cultivate students' interest in learning and autonomous learning ability,but insufficient still exist in the process of practice,has certain limitations,such as teaching platform Teachers have great teaching pressure and students and parents do not cooperate well.In view of the existing difficulties,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures.The first is to improve the information technology ability of teachers,carry out systematic training for teachers,encourage teaching innovation through competitions,teaching research and other ways;Second,improve students' independent learning ability,strengthen teaching evaluation,give students more time and space,third,improve the teaching platform,let the whole society participate in.
