Nowadays,the blended learning theories are brought into research hotspot in the field of education under the “Internet +” background.In comparison with classical learning(C-learning),it aims at how to Integrate information technology and teaching deeply,thus increasing the efficiency of learning.It is a learning mode that organically integrates face-to-face teaching and online learning,so as to reduce costs and improve benefits.This study originates from the sub-topic of the project of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Wuhan 11 binjiang Junior High School: “research on the construction of digital resource platform and the blended learning mode in schools”.It explores a blended learning mode in Wuhan 11 binjiang junior high school education teaching practice subject adaptability problem,feasible adaptation problem and section adaptation problem.it aims at giving full play to teachers' and students' subjective initiative,flexible way of teaching and learning,and finally achieve efficient teaching.This study not only pays attention to the latest research results in the theoretical area,but also goes deep into the teachers and students of physics courses.Through the reading of a large number of documents,the theoretical basis for the “Internet +” and the application of blended learning model to junior high school teaching was studied,and the study status in this field at home and abroad was learned.A questionnaire survey was conducted among more than 800 students of grade 8 and grade 9 in the school and nearly 100 first-line physics teachers in the district.At the same time,13 physics teachers and 15 parents of students in the school were interviewed.In order to reflect the overall situation of blended learning at present,statistical data was analyzed on different problems in different aspects.Based on the literature review,this study work out the question of the blended learning,and provide the basis of teaching and learning through questionnaire survey.Over three years of teaching practice,this study discusses how to improve the effectiveness of blended learning mode in junior middle school physics teaching from the perspective of “Internet +”,summarizes and reflects on the application effect and practical problems.It puts forward corresponding suggestions and provides some teaching and research experience.In the future digital age,in the process of education modernization,blended learning mode will play an important role in junior middle school physics course.
