"Biology curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)" clearly states: "to develop students' core biological literacy fully reflects the subject characteristics and educational value of this course.It advocates paying attention to students' individual differences and development needs in evaluation,helping students to recognize themselves,build confidence,improve learning methods and promote the formation of core accomplishment in biology."Mind mapping,also known as mind mapping,was first proposed by Tony Buzan,a British psychologist,in the 1960 s.It is a tool to visualize the representation of the thought process and a note-taking method,which is also an interactive way of thinking.In learning to fully mobilize the left and right brain,both develop divergent thinking and development of logical thinking.Mind mapping is composed of central theme,branch nodes,images,colors and other basic elements,which constitute a hierarchical representation of divergent thinking process.It fully simulates the divergent thinking mode of human brain,and fully strengthens the connection between the advantages of human left brain in Numbers,order,logic,text and rules and the advantages of human right brain in space,imagination,color and drawing,so as to improve students' notes,learning efficiency and tap students' creative potential.Whether the method of mind mapping is suitable for biology study in rural high schools is still very limited at present,which needs to be discussed in depth.Through the application of mind mapping in biology teaching in rural high schools,this paper strengthens the connection between students' left brain and right brain,improves students' thinking ability,improves their academic performance in biology and their interest in biology learning,and develops students' personality.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influence of mind mapping as a new teaching mode on students' interest in biology and academic performance in high school biology teaching through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,experimental research method and data analysis method.Through literature research method,the theoretical system and current research situation of mind mapping in biology teaching research in high school were determined,and the feasibility of introducing mind mapping into biology teaching in high school was analyzed,so as to build a control system suitable for biology teaching in rural high school.Through experimental approach to the introduction of the mind map rendering steps and matters needing attention in high school biology teaching,and assist teachers to design teaching and students learning notes and combing knowledge,enhance memory,and development thinking of process,a mind map is briefly introduced through examples in class lectures,recitations,problem sets and new teaching application of three kinds of class type,explore a mind map of rural high school teachers and students,the ways and means of teaching and learning change,qualitative research to the student personality cultivation and development,important for ordinary high school teaching to promote the teaching mode;Through the data collected from two questionnaire surveys and three academic achievement tests,the educational and teaching influence was understood.The results obtained through the analysis and processing of Excel and SPSS17.0 were analyzed to quantitatively study the influence of mind mapping teaching on improving students' interest in biology learning and students' academic performance.Through the preliminary study of this paper,the following three main conclusions are drawn:1.Mind mapping can stimulate students' learning interest,drive students' learning motivation,and promote students to build a method system suitable for their learning of high school biological science,which is conducive to students' confidence in learning;2.Mind mapping can significantly improve students' academic performance in biology.Mind mapping strengthens the connection between left and right brain,strengthens the comprehensive processing degree and processing ability of the whole brain for knowledge,reduces learning difficulty,significantly improves learning efficiency,and reduces students' academic burden.3,in the design,and culture in the process of drawing a mind map can help students self debug,modify,perfect the comb,cognitive structure,improve the self construction,enhance the cultivation of the innovation of creative thinking and improve students' aesthetic ability,more adaptable to the requirement of new curriculum reform to cultivate innovative talents,is conducive to the cultivation of students' personality and development.4,the research prospect: to strengthen the students mind maps of the left brain and right brain,improve the scientific use of the brain's ability to improve the efficiency of learning all kinds of knowledge,will certainly to large-scale application in the biology teaching in high school,will have more precision researchers to conduct further research,to solve many problems to be further discussion,more accurate and efficient guide teaching practice.
