The promulgation of the Detailed Rules for the Rural Teacher Support Plan2015-2020 shows that the government gradually pays increasing attention to rural education,and improving the development of education in rural areas can effectively prevent the continued transmission of poverty,so that every child can receive equal education.How to distinguish outstanding performers from ordinary performers in a work or task is the key to solving these problems.Competent theory can distinguish those who have excellent performance from ordinary people in physical education teachers,and can be optimized for the teaching concepts and teaching methods of physical education teachers in rural middle schools.The teaching level of physical education teachers in rural middle schools and the growth space of teachers are both affected by the competence level of physical education teachers.The quality of physical education in rural middle schools varies with the change of the competency level of physical education teachers..This paper mainly in yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers competence as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,from five dimensions to study the physical education teachers competence,namely scientific research innovation ability,teaching and organization ability,information collection and learning ability,professional knowledge,personality characteristics.For the corresponding analysis of the Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers competence problems,put forward the Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers fitness optimization path and suggestions.The research results show that:1.Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers is relatively low,among which the hierarchical structure of the competence level is unbalanced.In terms of the teaching and organization ability and professional knowledge of the competence level,the physical education teachers in Rural middle schools in Yongzhou City have reached the level of "basically meeting" in the questionnaire test.In other dimensions of competency level,namely scientific research and innovation ability,information collection and learning ability,and personality characteristics,they did not reach the level of basic conformity2.Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers competency there is no significant difference in gender,higher title of rural middle school physical education teachers competence is significantly higher than lower physical education teachers,specialized degree physical education teachers scientific research innovation ability is generally lower than undergraduate education teachers,longer physical education teachers in scientific research innovation ability,personality characteristics dimension better than shorter physical education teachers,different special physical education teachers in scientific research innovation dimension,other dimensions between the physical education teacher fitness level is not big.3.Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers which exist in the teaching idea backwardness,low working pressure,professional knowledge reserve,individual teaching ability is insufficient,mainly by the government support is not enough,the school attaches great importance to physical education,teachers' self development consciousness,life-long learning ability,lack of teaching reflection ability and lack of excellent teachers lead.4.The way to improve the competency of Yongzhou rural middle school physical education teachers' lies in strengthening the government's support for rural physical education,enhancing the teaching ability of physical education teachers,improving their professional knowledge and enhancing their self-development awareness,and establishing an appropriate promotion mechanism and training system for the competency of physical education teachers in rural middle schools.
