With the development and progress of China’s education,the balanced development of education has become a key topic in the field of education,and education must be placed in a vital position in order to achieve all-round development of society.At the same time,secondary school physical education is an important way to enhance students’ physical fitness.In China’s rural secondary schools,physical education plays a very important role.In order to ensure the smooth development of physical education courses in rural middle schools and meet the needs of students’ daily physical exercise,physical education teaching resources are indispensable and important material basic conditions.Perfect school sports venues,equipment and other hardware equipment and sufficient teachers play a very important role in enhancing students’ physical fitness,promoting the development of school quality education and cultivating students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise.With the poverty alleviation policy proposing a series of guidelines for improving the current situation of education in poor rural areas,and formulating specific implementation plans and working rules for the improvement of teaching conditions in rural areas,this can improve the current dilemma of rural physical education in China to a certain extent.The research object of this study is the allocation of sports facilities resources in rural middle schools in poor areas of Hunan(taking Jianghua County,Yongzhou City as an example),and the research methods of literature data,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are used to study the physical education teaching resources of middle schools in Jianghua County,Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,and other cities in Hunan Province except Yongzhou City,and focus on understanding the main problems in physical education teaching in rural middle schools in Jianghua County,Yongzhou City,Hunan Province from the two levels of teachers and students Explore the gap between the physical education teaching resources of rural middle schools in Jianghua County and urban middle schools in other regions,the specific contents are: the number and scale of sports venues,distribution status,facilities and equipment,equipment construction and configuration methods,quantity and type limitations,development and utilization,teacher strength,sports funds and other aspects.Through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The physical education teacher team in Jianghua County,Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,is unbalanced,and its academic qualifications,the number of full-time physical education teachers,and the teacher-student ratio are lower than those in the city,and the structure is relatively unreasonable.(2)At present,the investment in physical education in urban and rural schools is not very optimistic,and the physical education teaching environment and teacher welfare benefits of rural middle schools are worse than those of urban middle schools,and there is a big gap.(3)The overall resources of sports equipment and facilities in Jianghua County Middle School in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province are not perfect,the area of sports venues and the number and type of equipment are not up to standard,and the difference between urban and rural areas is significant.(4)In terms of content resources for secondary school physical education curriculum,there is a large gap between urban and rural middle schools.Specifically,the content of physical education courses in rural areas is less diverse than that of urban secondary schools.Based on the conclusions of the comparative analysis,the corresponding causes are analyzed,and at the same time,corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the coordinated development of physical education resources in rural middle schools in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province: establish a "people-oriented" concept of education,take multiple measures to protect the fair rights and interests of urban and rural students’ physical education,integrate resources,and establish an integrated development model for physical education in urban and rural schools.
