Research On Status And Influencing Factors Of Primary School Soccer Extracurricular Training In Xi'an City

Our country is striding forward to a powerful sports country,and it is a long-term task to improve the level of football.In recent years,the development of campus football aims to consolidate the foundation of national football,improve students' Physique in football training,improve their football ability and develop their body and mind in an all-round way.Xi'an is one of the early cities of campus football training.The study of football training can provide more valuable theoretical and practical experience for the long-term development of campus football,which has certain significance.This paper focus on Xi'an city primary school extracurricular football training status and influencing factors,select Weiyang District,Beilin District,Yanta District,Lianhu District as the research area,take football experts,football teachers and students participating in football training as the investigation object,investigate the current situation of training,analyze the influencing factors,draw development countermeasures,the research results are as follows.1.The current situation of primary school extracurricular football training:Football teachers and students: at present,primary school football teachers are mainly young people,and need to strengthen learning,accumulate experience and improve professional ability.Students need to be clear about the purpose,develop cognition and persist in training.Football training plan arrangement and Implementation: football teachers are not fully prepared for the training plan,students do not understand the football teacher's training plan arrangement;football training content and methods are many but not mature.Football material security: the construction of football field has limitations,which can not make rational use of and coordinate the needs of training and other physical education courses;the basic hardware conditions of football training are qualified,and more professional training equipment is not updated and put into use in time.Football training evaluation and school team competition: the evaluation system is not perfect,the method is single,and the training evaluation is not carried out from multiple perspectives;the school competition system is not complete,and a variety of competition forms are not applied to the training;Students have few opportunities to participate,which can not reflect the training effect.2.The main influencing factors of Xi'an primary school campus extracurricular football training: school football atmosphere,relevant personnel support,training method organization,teachers' professional attitude,training content arrangement,students' attitude,teachers' professional ability,training load implementation factors.Confirmatory factor analysis is carried out on 8 influencing factors,with 8 aspects as the first-order factors;the main influencing factors of campus football training are the second-order factors,and the theoretical structure models of first-order and second-order CFA are established respectively.3.The development countermeasures of Xi'an city primary school campus extracurricular football training: Cultivate students correct training cognition.Coordinate the work of relevant personnel.Improve the professional ability and quality of football teachers.Make overall arrangements for the implementation of training plan and training content.Improve the level of training support and training facilities.The combination of theory and training practice creates a good campus football atmosphere.Strengthen the construction of campus football team.Improve the campus football training evaluation and competition system.Effectively control the training load and maximize the positive effect.
