School management is the internal processes of a school, controling many different aspects of school life. The teacher is the most important element in school management since school development depends on teacher recruitment and their effectiveness. Therefore, not only does a school need to manage the current teacher team, but also needs to continue recruiting new teachers. Each year, many university graduates join the teacher team helping revitalize schools. However, because of particular qualifications and skills for being a teacher, novice teachers cannot initially commence teaching straight away. Facing changing educational situations, novice teachers will inevitably encounter different difficulties and problems affecting their normal teaching work. Much previous research has highlighted the fact that novice teachers will encounter much more complex difficulties at the beginning of their career than teachers who have teaching experiences. Consequently, whether or not a school can help novice teachers to overcome these difficulties will directly affect their transition from being a graduate to being a qualified teacher. Moreover, it will influence the development for both students and schools. This is a new challenge to school management since novice teachers take a large proportion of positions in schools. Therefore, it becomes significant for school managers to ascertain the effective ways to correctly train novice teachers in order to assist them to being qualified teachers quickly.The research methods this study used are in the form of questionnaire and interview.
