Secondary school teachers are to undertake and promote the quality-oriented and ethical education of high school students. Thus, teachers'occupational morality has a profound effect on the development of the adolescent students. Also, it plays an important part in social life. At present, most of the teachers'occupational morality in secondary schools is positive and at high level in general. However, there exist problems of teachers'occupational morality, which has brought about many unsatisfied results. So it is necessary to enhance the research of the teachers'occupational morality in secondary schools.The paper comprehensibly analyzes the state of secondary teachers'occupational morality , the representations and the reasons of the occupational morality abnormality among the teachers. Through analyzing the cause of problems of teachers'occupational morality, the paper puts forward that it is essential to create a favorable social environment for the development of teachers, and effectively protect the rights of teachers. Next, In reforming and perfecting the evaluation and management system, we should focus on establishing a sound mechanism administrative and supervision, with a view to making it scientific, democratic and institutionalized, as well as reinforcing their mechanisms of self-discipline and attach importance to supervision by the general public, which can be aimed at improving occupational morality of secondary school teachers.
