On July 24,2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education,which was referred to as the "double reduction" policy.The introduction of the "double reduction" policy has a certain impact on all aspects of society,among which the biggest impact is the subjectcounseling institutions and schools in the compulsory education stage.For counseling institutions,transformation into counseling institutions must be the only way;And forschools,Improve school management regulations,enhance the level of school education,improve school education quality of teaching,training teachers' various aspects ability,reduce the homework burden of students,make students better to return to school,to ensure that every student have time space conditions meet the needs of student diversity,to reduce the test difficulty,resolutely overcome examination results present the hierarchy and resolutely overcome only score" Tendency and so on put forward thecorresponding provisions and requirements;For teachers as a main force of school teaching,the students improve class management ability,improve the learning efficiency,the heuristic enquiry-based cooperation type and hierarchical classification teaching,reasonable design of elastic homework assignments,research students,improve service levels,strengthening the family school after class,strengthen teachers' communication ability,improve their learning ability,etc,are involved.Chinese,as a basic and highly humanistic subject,bears the responsibility of promoting students' all-round development and lifelong learning.As the carrier of Chinese teachers,their tasks and responsibilities are particularly important.Chinese teachers not only need a wide range of knowledge,rich cultural deposits,but also need to sacrifice their own overall awareness,the spirit of The Times,and constantly enrich their ability to advance.For Chinese teachers,the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,although reducing students' homework burden and learning pressur e,but increasedthe pressure of Chinese teachers in all aspects,this pressure is not the traditional senseof college entrance and score pressure,But many factors' comprehens ive ability of this kind of ability is not confined to the teaching design ability,innovation ability,and ability to use information technology and teaching teaching reflection ability,grasp the learning ability,communication skills such as communication simple "teaching ability",in addition to these teaching ability include classroom management,parent-school communication skills,after-school service ability,ability to learn from,etc.The introduction of this policy is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for Chinese teachers.The challenge lies in that the pressure from society,parents and schools forces Chinese teachers to renew their working concept and service belief constantly.The opportunity lies in the flexible commute system for teachers,which can give teachers more time and space to improve their comprehensive ability and show their unique service level.This paper mainly focuses on how to improve the comprehensive ability of Chinese teachers in junior middle school under the "double reduction" policy.After investigation,problems are found,problems are analyzed and suggestions are put for ward finally,so as to complete the research of this paper with such logical relationship.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly explains the background,value,research status,research ideas,research methods and other theoretical preparation before the research;The second chapter is the theoretical exposition part,mainly discusses the ability,comprehensive ability,comprehensive ability of teachers,comprehensive ability of Chinese teachers,the definition of "double reduction" policy and what should junior high school Chinese teachers do? The third chapter is mainly the practice part,which conductsinvestigation and research on the problems of this research,and investigates the Chinese teachers and students in four junior middle schools in X area,so as to analyze the current situation of the comprehensive ability of Chinese teachers in this area and the reasons for the existing problems.The fourth chapter mainly describes the results of the survey to the language teachers in area X suggestions and strategies.
