As a teaching method that meets the requirements of the new curriculum,fits the characteristics of high school ideology and politics,aims to develop students' core literacy,and fully reflects contemporary teaching concepts,it provides a guarantee for achieving the activity-based subject curriculum as required by the curriculum,and provides an effective path for strengthening the implementation of the concept of "building a culture of moral character",which is of great concern to experts,scholars and front-line teachers,and has become a representative pursuit of teaching for Civics teachers.Issue-based teaching refers to the teaching method that teachers should take the new standard as the guide,set relevant issues around the subject content,use real situations close to students as the carrier,carry out issue-based inquiry activities inside and outside the classroom,construct knowledge structure and internalize knowledge and literacy around the issue-based activities independently.Based on the current situation of research on issue-based teaching at home and abroad and the actual application of this teaching method,this paper conducts a theoretical and practical study on the application of issue-based teaching method in high school ideology and politics class.Firstly,the connotation and extension of issue-based teaching in senior high school ideology and politics class are explained from a theoretical perspective,and the theoretical basis behind it is explored,with the view that the epistemological paradigm of Marxist practice,the humanistic theory of human-centered learning,and the constructivist theory of individual self-construction of learning all provide the theoretical basis for it,and the significance of its application in senior high school ideology and politics class is explored.Second,on the basis of the research theory,the four basic aspects of issue-based teaching are analyzed by using classroom observation and other methods to deepen the research from the teaching practice;after that,the basic requirements of each aspect are analyzed and organized in relation to the implementation suggestions of issue-based teaching in the new curriculum with the characteristics of ideological and political science subjects;meanwhile,through in-depth interviews with front-line teachers in Urumqi who use issue-based teaching,it is considered that In view of this,we finally propose to improve the use of issue-based teaching in high school ideology and politics by deepening the effective implementation of issue-based teaching objectives,designing issue-based teaching from students' perspectives,and optimizing the coordination of issue-based teaching implementation environment.The study finds that the application of issue-based teaching in high school ideology and politics classes has an extremely important impact on the teaching and research ability of Civics and Political Science teachers,on the development of high school students' thinking and practical skills,on increasing students' interest and enthusiasm for independent,cooperative and inquiry-based learning,and on promoting emotional communication and interaction between teachers and students in the classroom,etc.It is believed that in the future the main teaching method in high school ideology and politics classes will likely It is believed that in the future,the main teaching method of high school ideology and politics classes will likely become issue-based teaching.
