Issue-oriented teaching is an important way to develop activity-oriented subjects,which is put forward in “Elderly High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017Edition)”.The traditional teaching methods are inherited,developed and reformed by issue-oriented teaching which is important for shifting high school ideology politics lessons.Until now,issue-oriented teaching is unacquainted to both teachers and students and still under exploit for high school ideology politics courses.In this study,the issue-oriented teaching for high school ideology politics lessons was analyzed,both theoretically and practically,under the scope of core literacy.This study was composed of four parts:In the first fart,the significance of developing issue-oriented teaching under the scope of core literacy was analyzed from the standpoint of feasibility and practicability.By the implementation of the new curriculum standard for high school ideology politics and by observing the insufficient of high school ideology politics lessons present,the necessity of Issue-oriented teaching was highlighted.It was found that the issue-oriented teaching played an important role on updating the teaching idea,improving students' thoughts and promoting the transformation of teaching modes;the development of issue-oriented teaching is extremely urgent with the present of new curriculum standard for high school ideology politics.In the second part,the issue-oriented teaching for high school ideology politics lessons was analyzed theoretically under the scope of core literacy.The connotation,elements and principles of issue-oriented teaching of high school ideology politics was discussed,as well as the relationship between issue-oriented teaching and discipline core literacy.The issue-oriented teaching is designed based on certain issues which throughout the whole class and are combined by circumstances,purpose and content of the subject.The final goal of issue-oriented teaching is improving the discipline core literacy of students.The issue-oriented teaching following five principles: importance,inquiry,nature,comprehensiveness and value.The issue-oriented teaching can promote the formation of the discipline core literacy for ideology politics lessons,and in return,discipline core literacy for ideology politics lessons can contribute the improvement of issue-oriented teaching.In the third part,the issue-oriented teaching for high school ideology politics lessons was analyzed practically under the scope of core literacy.By taking the “Cultural Inheritance and Innovation” in Unit 2 of the book “Cultural Life” as an example and by taking the locally Hakka cradle culture in southern Jiangxi as a carrier,the action guide of issue-oriented teaching for the high school ideology politics lessons was constructed.By preparing,implementing andintrospecting the action guide,the four steps of issue-oriented teaching for high school ideology politics were summarized,that is,1)discuss the learning situation and make the goals clearly on the basis of teaching material;2)identifying topics,integrating resources and designing ingeniously;3)activity investigation,practice earnest and literacy improvement;and 4)multi-evaluation,dynamic quantification,running throughout.With the arrival of the age of core literacy,it is important for high school ideology politics teachers well equipped themselves to face new challenges,such as update and renew their teaching concept,enhance the discrimination ability to propagate positive knowledge,innovate teaching idea for collusion knowledge points,and emphasize the importance of practical study out of classroom.In the last part,the pinpoint of issue-oriented teaching for high school ideology politics lessons was discussed and summarized under the scope of core literacy.The topical teaching of high school ideological and political courses is developed and innovated on the basis of inheritance.The overall pattern is stable and changeable,mainly reflected in the three "unchanged" and three "transformations".Therefore,through the thesis,the theoretical research and practical exploration of the topical teaching of high school ideological and political courses are further deepened,which promotes the improvement of the topical teaching mode of high school ideological and political courses,and provides an effective model for cultivating students' core literacy in ideological and political disciplines.The new round of curriculum reform provides case-based teaching cases for high school ideological and political courses.
