Research On Practical Knowledge Construction Of Social Work Speciality

Social work,as a theory-based and good practice discipline,attaches great importance to professional practice.Social work practice course practice as the most important part of professional practice,not only conducive to improve professional students' professional quality,also conducive to the students in the context of practical experience,to construct the localization of social work practical knowledge production,improve the social work professional knowledge system in China,to establish social work professional discipline community.Based on the existing research on the practical knowledge of social work,this study using qualitative research method,Z university 2019 social work undergraduates and practice supervision as the research object,in the student-teacher-practice supervision collaborative practice course mode,trying to understand the social work students in practice course practice course experience and experience,has local practice wisdom into social work practical knowledge construction path.Secondly,the dilemma of practical knowledge construction in social work and how the reasons are reflected in personal ethical choice,social work specialty itself and external environment.Therefore,the author first discusses the choice between role dilemma,support dilemma,professional ethics and external culture at the individual level.It is pointed out that in the production and reproduction process of social work professional knowledge,knowledge and experience are in a state of separation.The insufficient internalization of professional knowledge,the fault between theory and practice in action,and the neglected reproduction of ignoring experience and knowledge will directly affect the construction of practical knowledge in social work.There is a lack of external support system in the construction of practical knowledge of social work from the perspective of external environment,which is mainly reflected in the action mode of light reflection and heavy action in practice,and practical courses lack real practical training situation and perfect multi-party joint cooperation mode.Based on the above construction process of practical knowledge in social work,the construction logic of practical knowledge is mainly reflected in the taking and giving of Chinese and western social work in practice,the trend of reciprocity presented by practical knowledge itself,and the connection between the experience and professionalism of practical knowledge.Explain and answer the source of practical knowledge in Chinese social work from the three dimensions of the practical subject,the subject of knowledge and the subject of the field.The knowledge structure is transformed into the practice-based practice mode,forming the social work practice mode of benign interaction and circular mutual structure between the field subject and the knowledge subject,so as to realize the professional community and improve the knowledge system of social work in China.
