With the establishment of the new curriculum standards and the implementation of the core quality of ideological and political disciplines,as the baton and signal light of high school education,college entrance examination is also facing profound development and reform.As the leading province to implement the new college entrance examination reform,Zhejiang province takes the forefront in the reform of test questions and deepening of teaching.With discipline core literacy as the value orientation,the politics questions of Zhejiang college entrance in recent three years are refined and analyzed from the perspective of discipline core literacy,it is of far-reaching practical significance to effectively grasp the new teaching trends effectively,promote the effective development of ideology and politics teaching in senior high schools,and realize the comprehensive development of students' knowledge,emotion,intention and action.This paper will take the 2019-2021 political college entrance papers of Zhejiang province as the research object,Using the methods of documentary research,statistical analysis,synthesis and other research methods,to conduct in-depth analysis of five sets of political papers of Zhejiang Province over the past three years.Based on the systematic interpretation of the connotation and four key elements of the core literacy of ideological and political discipline,to classify and divide the political questions of Zhejiang paper in recent three years according to the four elements of discipline core accomplishment,and in the form of tables presented the examination paper systemically in question type,proportion of points,subject context,subject content,subject tasks and other aspects of the examination situation,summarized the characteristics of the papers,such as the papers are flexible,the selection of materials closely related to the times and life reality,the integration of literacy,highlighting the ability of the idea and so on,it emphasizes the implementation of the core quality of ideological and political discipline in Zhejiang college entrance examination,as well as the core leading role of the current political classroom reform in high school.At the same time,it also further points out the shortcomings of the political examination questions in Zhejiang college entrance examination,such as imbalanced test score setting and relatively single subject task orientation,which lays a theoretical and realistic foundation for the discussion teaching enlightenment.This paper always upholds the principle of theory returning to teaching practice,based on the above three years of Zhejiang college entrance examination politics paper system analysis,and then in the last part of the article for better realization of high school ideological and political effective teaching of five teaching enlightenment,they are as follow: centering on effective topics to set up “activity based” courses,creating comprehensive teaching mode to develop students' higher-order thinking,strengthening positive value guidance based on the new era,carrying out comprehensive practical activities to enhance students' sense of social participation,using diversified teaching evaluation skillfully to promote the unity of students' knowledge,feeling and actions,in order to provide reference for high school ideological and political education in the future,and achieve a new breakthrough and development in ideological and political teaching.
