In response to the development needs of curriculum reform,physics education and teaching should aim at developing students' scientific literacy,and pay attention to cultivating students' cooperative inquiry ability,language organization ability,logical thinking ability and information processing ability.As a new teaching mode,project-based learning is guided by real problems,pays attention to independent thinking and cooperative exploration,and pays attention to process evaluation,which is in line with the environment of the new curriculum reform.By consulting literature,summarizing personal work experience,conducting questionnaire survey on students and interviewing front-line teachers,this paper finds the opportunities and challenges of junior middle school physics project-based learning and teaching mode in the implementation of experimental school,finds the focus of students' interest in project-based learning and teaching mode,finds the problems to be solved in the implementation of project-based learning and teaching mode in one year,and provides solutions and improvement strategies for the existing problems,And design corresponding excellent teaching cases to provide reference for junior middle school physics teachers to better apply project-based learning in teaching.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 400 students in Grade 8 and 9(200 in Grade 8 and 200 in Grade 9)and interviews with 10 teachers in junior middle school physics group.Firstly,the results of the questionnaire show that: 1 The driving problem is lack of inquiry;2.Pay more attention to the results of project-based learning rather than the process of project-based learning;3.The language expression ability has not been significantly improved;4.Project-based learning always takes up too much regular learning time for large projects.Secondly,through the interview with teachers,it is found that in the process of project-based learning implementation: 1 Lack of project theme design inspiration and process evaluation of project learning;2.Lack of implementation plan of project-based learning teaching mode;3.Lack of task allocation for team members;4.Lack of project learning teaching case reference.Combined with the dialogue interview and questionnaire survey between teachers and students,this paper formulates the corresponding implementation improvement strategies based on the one-year implementation status of project-based learning in the experimental school,the problems existing in students' learning in the project-based learning teaching mode and the misunderstandings of teachers' implementation,combined with the characteristics and connotation of project-based learning.According to the implementation of improvement strategies,provide some targeted teaching case designs for sharing.It calls on teachers to pay attention to the improvement of their teaching ability and the development of professional ability,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' subject core quality,so as to achieve the purpose of matching teachers' professional quality with the requirements of project-based learning teaching mode.
