In the process of implementing the “Opinions On Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Work in the New Era”,many advanced teaching minds and philosophy have entered into physical education class.The gradually deepening reform of physical education indirectly promotes the evolution of physical education system and the innovation of teaching methods.For promoting the plan of“China Education Modernization 2035”,and accelerating the change of teaching in the age of information and following the trend of epidemic normalization,online teaching has gradually started.But at the same time,it has also exposed the problems related to the online teaching of physical education in secondary school in terms of“Internet Plus”.With the gradually updating of modern teaching philosophy,especially the application of new media technology and the gradual popularization of intelligent terminal,online teaching provides new ways and technical means for modern education,prompting online teaching to gradually evolve towards hybrid teaching mode.The online and off-line hybrid teaching mode of aerobics is designed for exploring the trend of the curriculum,fitting the basic education environment,conforming to the characteristics of information teaching and suitable for the development stage of secondary school students.Through literature,questionnaires and expert interview,this research takes the online and off-line hybrid teaching of aerobics as the research object and combines aerobics teaching experiences of this hybrid teaching during the practice teaching to construct the hybrid teaching aims,course teaching resources,bilateral teaching activities,multiple teaching evaluations,and developmental course evaluations and other teaching design of the hybrid aerobics teaching in secondary class.Thus,the hybrid teaching design helps aerobics teachers innovate their teaching forms,enrich teaching resources,improve class teaching atmosphere and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students.By using the hybrid teaching method,there are some benefits that students get involved in aerobics activities and cultivate students' interests,which will expand learning skills for getting high attentions and multi-appreciation.Students can learn aerobics skills at any time,which will bring efficiency in study and meet new-generation secondary school students' diverse demands for aerobics skill and form an information-based study philosophy that they can learn,want to learn,and will learn.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.With the development of technology philosophy and the development trend of epidemic normalization,the current secondary school aerobics course has huge demands,such as,optimizing the teaching mode,innovating the teaching method,enriching the learning resource,improving and teaching atmosphere.2.Although the online teaching mode has modernized education and teaching,but it is not suitable for school sports classes,which are more practical and physically active,and the online teaching of basic education courses also posts a test for the ability of secondary school students on independent learning and self-management.3.The optimal effect of online and off-line hybrid teaching mode can be achieved by changing the teaching practitioners' philosophy,improving information teaching ability,building a stable and perfect teaching platform,and constructing a reasonable teaching design and other prerequisites.4.The emergence of online and off-line hybrid teaching mode not only realized the modern teaching mode of online class“end-to-end”and the traditional teaching mode of “face-to-face”,but also has effectively solved the existed teaching demands of aerobics courses.By doing these efforts,students can effectively master more aerobics physical abilities and teachers will accomplish effectively their teaching goals.
