Factors Affecting The Enrollment Scale Of Basketball Training Camps For Middle School Students In Daqing And Its Implications

This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and study the four basketball training camps of Daqing Saiwepwo Basketball training camp,Feiyue Blue ball training camp,Dream training camp and Rock star basketball training camp.This paper studies the factors influencing the enrollment scale of daqing middle school students' basketball training camp in order to explore the development strategies for improving the enrollment scale of Daqing middle school students' basketball training camp.The development of middle school basketball training camp has the role of promoting the overall development of students,so that middle school students in the study and training between each other,two-way improvement,on the one hand,makes the middle school students to enhance physical fitness,basketball technology has been improved,but also promote the development of students self-confidence,so that students physical and mental health has been synchronized development;On the other hand,it has increased the attention of basketball among middle school students and social influence,and has the value of cultivating and reserving the reserve force of basketball for the region and the country and accelerating the development and popularization of basketball in the local area.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are many problems affecting the recruitment scale of daqing middle school students' basketball training camp: 1.No rigorous management mode;2.Lack of high-quality management personnel and perfect management system;3.Lack of modern and creative means of publicity and enrollment;4.Poor supervision,some training camps charge arbitrary fees;5.There are too many part-time coaches who are unwilling to train and improve themselves,and their overall level is insufficient;6.Lack of reasonable means of reward and punishment,low enthusiasm of coaches;7.Insufficient communication between trainees and coaches;8.Lack of injury management in training camp;9.The site facilities are not perfect;10.There are many problems to be solved,such as the outbreak of COVID-19,affecting the curriculum arrangement and enrollment,so more efforts are needed to increase the enrollment scale of the training camp.According to the research on the influencing factors and development strategies of the enrollment scale of daqing middle school basketball training camp,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The government sports departments carry out corresponding policies to strengthen the supervision and management of training camps and support policies.2.It is necessary to encourage individuals to carry out basketball training camps for middle school students,adopt preferential policies for the training camps,increase support,and promote the rapid development of the industry.3.Each training camp should also strengthen its own standardized management and establish strict internal management procedures.4.Increase the investment of training camp and improve the facilities of training camp.5.Make more use of modern publicity and recruitment strategies to improve the popularity of the training camp.6.Improve training camp security and medical facilities,so that students can choose training camp at ease.7.Carry out strict requirements and post professional skills training for coaches to improve their overall level.8.Create conditions for more communication between coaches and trainees.9.Wearing masks is strictly required during the period when classes are allowed and the epidemic prevention regulations are observed.This paper provides theoretical guidance for expanding the enrollment scale of daqing middle school students' basketball training camp,and then reserves excellent basketball talents for Daqing and promotes the development of local basketball.
