Social development has made it impossible for the non-profit sports clubs funded by the government to fully meet the needs of young people to participate in sports activities.Various sports training institutions have emerged.Halin international show1 English Basketball Training Camp is mainly engaged in children's and youth basketball training activities.It has a history of 12 years.At present,more than 30 training points have been opened in Beijing,covering major central campuses in Beijing,and all are equipped with professional teachers.The number of people in training exceeds 5,000.With more and more fierce competition in the market,major organizations have begun to pay more and more attention to the issue of marketing strategy.During the investigation,we learned that Halin international show1 English basketball training camp still needs to be improved and strengthened on the issue of marketing strategy.Under the guidance of modern marketing theory,it is necessary to re-understand the current form and improve the current marketing system.Taking Halin international show1 English Basketball Training Camp's marketing strategy as the research object,this paper analyzes and discusses Halin international show1 marketing strategy by using modern marketing concepts,through field investigations,expert interviews,and other research methods,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)Through environmental analysis,it is believed that the political,economic,cultural and technological development environment in Beijing has a certain promotion role for the development of Halin international show1 English basketball training camp.In addition,Halin international show1 has the support of a more powerful supplier,a more loyal consumer,and a good public image.There are also very strong competitors.Through SWOT analysis,it is suggested that Harlem play the advantage of basketball English teaching in the next development and adopt S-O development strategy.(2)Through accurate target market selection and positioning,combined with the 4P theory analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: In the product strategy,Halin international show1 cleverly combined basketball with English,forming an H& with Halin international show1 unique style;B Training methods.Combined with the characteristics of Chinese students,it provides a wealth of training courses.In the price strategy,Harlem adopts a diversified and hierarchical pricing strategy that basically meets customers at different levels of demand.In the channel strategy,Harlem's more and more mature network marketing program has brought better benefits to Halin international show1 with his many years of marketing experience.In the promotion strategy,Harlem uses advertising,personnel promotion,business promotion and public relations to launch promotion strategies.(3)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Halin international show1 marketing strategy and achieve better results,put forward safeguards measures: first,create a customer-centered marketing concept,and second,cultivate a high-quality marketing team and an effective management system.
