The first stage is not only the starting point for students to enter high school,but also an important stage for students to lay a solid foundation for high school mathematics.After leaving the familiar junior high school life and entering a strange senior high school,many students feel that mathematics has become difficult for them to understand and master.The long-term maladjustment of mathematics learning will inevitably lead to the decline of mathematics performance.The phenomenon of students' sudden discomfort with high school mathematics has brought some trouble and pressure to students,teachers and parents.Therefore,the author realizes that how to improve the adaptability of senior one students to learn mathematics has become an urgent problem in front of us.Through the discussion of the factors affecting the mathematics learning adaptability of senior one students and the Countermeasures for effective cultivation,this paper aims to improve the overall level of mathematics learning adaptability of senior one students.Moreover,this research has certain practical significance for the growth of students' body and mind,the improvement of teachers' teaching methods and parents' educational quality.The research methods adopted in this study are: literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.On the basis of reading and analyzing a large number of relevant literature,the author selects all the students in two ordinary classes in Dehui experimental middle school in Jilin Province as the survey object.In addition,in order to more accurately analyze the mathematics learning adaptability obstacles of senior one students,three senior one students,five senior one mathematics teachers and some students' parents were interviewed to understand the factors affecting the mathematics learning adaptability of senior one students.Through the analysis of the survey results of questionnaires and interviews,the author finds that the main factors affecting students' Mathematics Learning Adaptability in the initial transition stage are: educational environment,interpersonal relationship,difficulty of mathematics knowledge,students' psychological factors,students' learning attitude,methods,teaching methods of high school mathematics teachers The factors of parents' educational quality;After comprehensively summarizing the influencing factors,this paper scientifically puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the mathematics learning adaptability of senior one students.The suggestions are as follows:First,in terms of students,change the stubborn learning thought left over from junior middle school,face up to the span of mathematics content in senior high school and deep learning compared with junior middle school;Learn to preview,listen and review correctly;Consciously cultivate their independence in mathematics learning and work independently,so that it becomes a habit not to rely too much on answer analysis;Constantly improve their own mathematics learning methods.Second,in high school mathematics teachers,pay attention to the adjustment of students' mathematics learning psychology to help students find a positive learning state;Pay attention to the guidance of mathematics learning methods to help students form good mathematics habits;Pay attention to the connection teaching of mathematics knowledge in junior and senior high schools to improve the efficiency of students' learning mathematics;Pay attention to the cultivation of mathematical thinking and make students happy to think;Improve the quality of mathematics teaching.Third,in terms of parents of senior one students,actively cooperate with mathematics teachers to improve their own educational quality;Pay attention to personal education and set an example;Pay attention to parent-child communication and enhance parent-child relationship;Create a good living and learning atmosphere for children.
