Senior high school plays a very crucial role in the process of students' growth.Especially the first year of senior high school,changes in students' educational environment and problems appeared in their learning process occurs after students enter senior high school.This has a great impact on their ability to adapt to learning.It is extremely important for students to adapt to the new learning environment quickly,adjust their learning status and update their learning style in the first year.Among the many subjects,the maladjustment of mathematics is especially obvious.Compared with other subjects,the fluctuation in students' math scores is significant according to recent investigation about the senior one students score.After entering senior high school,many gifted students have experienced serious declines in their math.Facing this kind of learning situation,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the learning adaptability of students in senior high school.The research aims to find out the factors that affect students' learning adaptability.The research subjects are 498 students in senior high school.Through the retrieval,collation and analysis of previous research,the behavioral event interview method is used to interview six students who have different learning situations.The influencing factors of the learning effect of students' mathematics are discussed.Based on this,a questionnaire is prepared and the basic data collection is carried out.The research uses statistical software SPSS22.0 as the research tool to analyze main influencing factors as well as factors that affect the adaptability of high school students' mathematics learning.The factors affecting students' learning adaptability can be divided into three aspects: internal factors,external factors and other factors.Internal factors mainly include learning attitude and learning consciousness.External factors mainly include educational environment,interpersonal relationship,junior high school mathematics content system and middle and high school curriculum standards.Requirements and teaching methods for junior and senior high school mathematics teaching are also included.Based on the analysis of students' adaptive factors,the article finally puts forward some suggestions.On one hand,it can help high school students adapt to mathematics learning as soon as possible and improve their academic performance.Then the learning difficulties caused by weak basic knowledge or caused by maladaptation are reduced.On the other hand,it can help teachers to understand the students' adaptation situation and help them to makeimprovement.The connection between the math learning in junior high school and senior high school is better integrated.Concrete measures are taken in time to help students adapt to the study of high school mathematics and improve the overall quality of students' learning.
