With the arrival of information society,the application of information technology is increasingly popular,and it has a profound impact on life,learning and thinking.Information technology education is a compulsory course that meets new needs of human resources development in information technology.All countries,especially developed countries,have used information technology education as a major education project of the government.China has invested huge effort,material resources and financial resources to enable the development of national primary and secondary school information technology.At present,the information technology course has entered a comprehensive implementation stage,but due to the constraints of various internal and external factors,the status quo of courses is not optimistic.Open information technology courses,cultivate students' correct understanding and solving cultural and ethical ethics related to information technology.Information education is of great significance for improving students 'self-awareness of students,cultivating students' innovative ability,and improving the quality of the whole people.This thesis mainly uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview law,and conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of the implementation status of Hu Lan District City primary school information technology curriculum.Through communication with school leaders and information technology teachers,understand the problems in the development and implementation of school information technology courses,propose development countermeasures suitable for local information technology courses to provide sustainable development of Hu Lan District City Primary School Information Technology Course Valuable reference.This study is mainly divided into four parts,the basic content is as follows:The first part is an overview,and the research background and significance of this paper and the status quo of domestic and foreign information technology are elaborated,and the research methods used in this paper.The second part is the research status of the implementation status of the Primary School Information Technology Course in Hulan District.Combined with the characteristics of information technology and the development of educational development in the Hu Lan District City,expounds the design ideas of the questionnaire outline and the interview outline,and determine the content of the study,and explain the result.The third part is the problems existing in the implementation of information technology curriculum in urban primary schools in Hulan District,which are summarized from the three dimensions of schools,students and teachers.The fourth part is the solution to the implementation of the information technology curriculum of the City District Primary School in Hulan District.
