The head teacher in primary school plays multiple roles in daily class management,and plays an important guiding role in class development and the construction of students' three views.Based on literature review on the role of primary school headteachers,this paper takes Harbin X Primary School as a sample case,uses SPSS module to analyze and extract data from the questionnaire,and interviews cases as supplementary forms to further deepen the topic of this paper "role positioning of primary school headteachers in class management" layer by layer.Analysis of the primary school teacher in class management role positioning problems and reasons,and summed up Orientation of the role of head teacher in class management in the new period.This paper focuses on the dimension between the basic dimension and the cognitive dimension of the role of head teachers in Harbin primary schools,and discusses the role positioning of head teachers in different dimensions.By selecting 60 head teachers and 180 students from X Primary School in Harbin as the survey objects,the level of the role positioning of primary school head teachers in class management is analyzed through the combination of questionnaire and interview,and traction is carried out by factors such as teaching age,education background and marriage.In the new era,the primary school head teacher should play the role of education manager,study organizer,spiritual nurturer and democratic leader,effectively perform the duties of head teacher and promote the overall success of China's education reform.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background,significance and methods of this paper,and makes a review of the literatures related to the role of head teachers in class management by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,and makes clear the main research status of the role positioning of primary school head teachers.In the second part,targeted questionnaire survey is conducted around the current situation of class management in primary schools--taking X Primary School in Harbin as an example.Firstly,the questionnaire interview outline was designed,the questionnaire was issued and collected,and the survey results were analyzed at last.According to the results of the survey,the problems of the role orientation of the class teacher in class management are summarized.The third part,in-depth analysis of the primary school teacher in class management role positioning problems and causes.Around its role ambiguity,role conflict,role boundary is not clear and so on through the form of case study.The fourth part,according to the conclusion of the second chapter and the third chapter role positioning problem,find out the orientation of the primary school head teacher in class management.
