It's very common that Chinese teacher is assigned to be head-teacher in the junior grade.According to the psychological characteristics of junior grade's students,this research discovery that Chinese teacher is the perfect choice to be head-teacher because of its character of subject and habit development by using literature research method,action research method and experiential summary method.And also it has good influence to Chinese teaching.At the same time,this research investigates and analyzes the current status of Chinese teacher being head-teacher,and realizes with the development of school,some Chinese teachers are not willing to be head-teacher because of the stress coming from the specific nature of Chinese teaching and unprofessional pre-school studying.Above all,Chinese teacher need to inspire potential and motivation to be a good head-teacher. |
