With the deepening of education curriculum reform,the development of students' "core quality" has become the key point of deepening the curriculum reform and implementing moral education.Under this background,the "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard(2017 edition)" creative concise out of the students by the ideological and political course should have the ideological and political discipline four core accomplishment,and with the four subject core literacy elements elaborated the high school thought political lesson curriculum goal,the curriculum goal,It needs to be carried out in specific teaching practice activities and in every link of teaching and learning.The teaching goal as the primary part of teaching and learning,is a specific teaching activities of "direction" and "compass",a guide to teach,guide,review the important function of guide,for the cultivation of the core of students plays a vital role,in particular,the design of teaching goal is the key to the concrete core quality to carry out the ideological and political discipline.Therefore,under the background of subject core literacy,it is particularly important to design teaching objectives that point to ideological and political subject core literacy.This article mainly through the methods of literature research,the text analysis,through to the related literature and study combined with first-line teachers teaching goal design of text analysis,found that the teaching goal of design results,and there are some problems,and analyze its influencing factors,based on this,advances the teaching goal strategy,In order to provide a useful reference for the design and research of ideological and political teaching objectives pointing to core literacy.The main content of this study includes the following parts:The first part is about the theoretical analysis of the political teaching goal of the design thought of core accomplishment.Firstly,on the basis of the previous research results,the relevant concepts and relations of the teaching objectives of ideological and political lesson pointing to core literacy are elaborated.Secondly,the realistic characteristics and multidimensional value of the teaching objectives of ideological and political lesson pointing to core literacy are discussed.Finally,the relevant theoretical basis based on this paper is introduced.The second part,sticking to the principle of linking theory with practice,analyzes the effectiveness,problems and influencing factors of the political teaching goal of the design thought of core literacy.Through the targeted text analysis of 50 high school ideological and political lesson teaching design,to understand the current situation of the core literacy design ideological and political lesson teaching objectives,including the results achieved,as well as some of the problems that need to be solved,and the existence of these problems are analyzed.The third part,based on the realistic problems and objective needs,respectively from the concept of teaching objective design,basis,expression,and the final reflection and improvement of four aspects,put forward to the core literacy design thought of political teaching objectives.In the fourth part,based on the discussion of relevant theories and countermeasures of the political lesson teaching objectives,the design of teaching objectives cases and the design of teaching activities under the guidance of teaching objectives are carried out to provide operational reference for the design of high school ideological and political course teaching objectives that point to the core literacy of the subject.
