The builders and main force of China's national prosperity and ethnic boom in the future are high school students today.It is also the fundamental purpose of this thesis to integrate core discipline competencies with discipline teaching in the teaching design for high school politics class based on core discipline competencies and put in place the concept of improving morality and cultivating people.Doing a good job in high school political teaching is the fundamental task of high school politics teachers and a way to serve people.For this purpose,it is the responsibility of high school politics teachers to study the core competencies of high school politics discipline and better cultivate the core competencies of students in teaching.High School Politics Course Standard Revision Group clings to the feature of strong ideological nature for ideological and political discipline and has summarized the four core discipline competencies of political identity,scientific spirit,legal awareness,and public participation after in-depth study and wide solicitation of opinions.Currently,studies on core competencies in various nations are similar in that they are mainly based on the study of individual attributes and social attributes.These studies rarely focus on specific discipline background and fail to discuss the cultivation of core discipline competencies under a specific discipline background.Few teaching design studies have been conducted on core politics discipline competencies.Therefore,from this perspective,it is of great significance to study high school politics classroom teaching design based on core discipline competencies.Teaching design is an integral whole between teaching reality and the realization of teaching objectives with purposes,analysis,plans and implementation steps.According to Gagne,in essence,design is the process of determining goals based on the distance between the original appearance and the appearance we want,or based on our desire for reaching or producing something new.Teaching design in this research is defined as follows: an integral whole to organize and select teaching content and predetermine teaching implementation process and teaching evaluation to reach the teaching objective of cultivating students' ideological and political core competencies in a teaching time unit of one class(around 40 minutes).This thesis falls into four parts:In the first part,the thesis offers an overall illustration of the teaching design for high school politics class based on core discipline competencies.First of all,it defines the core concepts mentioned in the research: core competencies,core discipline competencies,high school politics discipline core competencies,teaching design,teaching design for high school politics course;secondly,the thesis analyzes the important significance of cultivating core discipline competencies in high school politics classes and finally discusses the requirement on the teaching design of high school politics class under the concept of new courses.In the second part,the thesis mainly adopts the Marxist theory on all-round development of human beings,Ausubel's theory on advance organizer,Howard Gardner's theory on multiple intelligences,humanistic theory of Carl Rogers,and Vygotsky's theory on zone of proximal development to analyze and study the theoretical basis for the teaching design for high school politics class based on core discipline competencies.In the third part,the thesis focuses on components of the teaching design for high school politics class based on core discipline competencies,mainly including: the formulation of teaching objectives,which should focus on core competencies;the presentation of teaching content,which should involve core competencies;the implementation of the teaching process,which should put in place core competencies;and feedback on teaching evaluation.Studies should be conducted on various aspects of cultivating core competencies to provide systematic and comprehensive guidance to classroom teaching and a good classroom environment for cultivating core competencies of students.In the fourth part,according to the teaching design for high school politics class based on core discipline competencies,the thesis introduces four representative teaching design cases selected from the teaching design in real application,concerning compulsory contents of high school politics,and offers teaching assessment,analysis and reflections on these four teaching design cases.
