In July 2020,the Guiding Outline for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and secondary schools(Trial)pointed out that labor education should be organically permeated in disciplines and specialties.Labor education is to give play to the educational function of labor and educate students to love labor and working people.Labor education has been attached great importance by the party and the country in the new era,but the effect of labor education in the penetration of disciplines is not ideal.Biology is a basic natural science,which is closely related to real life.Trying to infiltrate labor education in biology teaching is a new channel to explore the organic infiltration of labor education in the discipline.In this study,literature research method was used to analyze the research status of labor education at home and abroad,and questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation were used to investigate the infiltration status of labor education in high school biology teaching.It was found that there were some deficiencies in the infiltration of labor education in high school biology teaching.For example,"the concept of labor education is not deep enough","teaching objectives and teaching methods are single","the lack of home-school cooperation,the degree of attention is not enough","the evaluation form of labor education is simple" and "teachers' personal accomplishment of labor is low".In view of the problems found after the investigation,this study puts forward some strategies,such as exploring the contents of teaching materials,integrating teaching objectives,innovating teaching methods,utilizing extracurricular activities,developing school-based curriculum,improving teaching evaluation and enhancing teachers' personal labor literacy,which can provide some strategies for the teaching approach of infiltrating labor education in biology discipline.To formulate three teaching examples of "Exploration of the Essence of Enzyme",Biological experiment week,hands-on production and school-based curriculum of "Our Planting Festival",carry out the practice of labor education infiltration through action research method,and evaluate the effect of teaching practice.Finally,according to the feedback of students and parents,it can be seen that the history of biological science,exploratory experiments,production activities and school-based courses are used to infiltrate labor education,which sublimates students' labor concept and spirit,improves their labor ability,labor habits and quality slightly,and promotes students' all-round development.The conclusion of this study is: in biology teaching of senior high school,schools can selectively refer to the above strategies according to the actual situation,so as to make it become a scientific method to accelerate the penetration of labor education in subject teaching and fully reflect the value of subject education.
