The knowledge of sequence is one of the most important content in high school mathematics.Solving the problem of sequence requires the use of corresponding thinking methods,which is also an important manifestation of the cultivation of core literacy.Sequence learning can not only effectively cultivate students' abilities such as abstract overview,theoretical proof,data processing,etc.,but also effectively connect various modules to form a mathematical network.But at the same time,it contains a large amount of calculation knowledge and many and complex detailed knowledge,which adds a larger barrier for high school students to learn the sequence of numbers,and it is relatively difficult for high school students to learn.Based on this point,this article combines the real questions of the college entrance examination of Tianjin volume series to compile test papers and questionnaires to investigate the status quo of the number series of students in the third grade of Tianjin 82 nd Middle School.Research has found that currently high school students have greater difficulties in learning series.Most students have poor memory and comprehension of concepts,formulas and other content of arithmetic geometric series,and their thinking methods need to be further improved;most students have poor learning habits of series,Weak categorization and sorting skills and low interest.The study believes that the reasons for the problems are internal factors.Students' incomplete understanding of basic concepts and their own fear of difficulties will affect their enthusiasm for learning;students' ability to transfer old knowledge is poor and cannot be sorted,compared,and returned.Class,let the learned knowledge form a system to prevent the omission and confusion of knowledge.There are also external factors,including: teachers are eager to solve problems when teaching exercises and do not leave enough time for students to think;teachers do not pay enough attention to mathematics literacy.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions: focus on the accumulation of methods,focus on the cultivation of core mathematical literacy,develop good learning habits of numbers,and develop strategies such as problem-solving thinking methods.
