Wang Yangming's thought of "unity of knowledge and action" is mainly carried out from the aspect of "conscience"."Conscience" means to be a kind and upright person,and constantly improve their physical and mental realm in daily life,so as to practice their "conscience".In addition,Wang Yangming also elaborated on the relationship between "knowledge" and "action",emphasizing that knowledge and action are two aspects of a process,and the two cannot be separated.As the formation period of students' world outlook,outlook on life and values,the application of Wang Yangming's idea of "unity of knowledge and action" in the teaching of "Morality and rule of law" is of great significance for guiding students to establish a correct concept of knowledge and action,helping students to develop good moral character,and thus promoting students' all-round development.This paper is divided into three parts.Firstly,it combs the formation conditions and main contents of Wang Yangming's thought of "unity of knowledge and practice",so as to explore the correlation between this thought and the teaching of morality and the rule of law.Based on the current situation of official corruption,vulgar social atmosphere and people's disconnection between knowledge and practice at that time,in order to solve social contradictions and spread the study of saints,the concept of "unity of knowledge and practice" was proposed by Wang Yangming.The idea is that "knowledge" and "activity" are two components of a process that are inextricably linked."Knowledge" of "unity of knowledge and action" refers to both "conscience" and knowledge,"action" of "unity of knowledge and action" refers to the practical behavior of the subject,that is,to embody "knowledge" through "action".Through the induction of his thought of "unity of knowledge and practice",It is discovered that his moral philosophy and the teaching of the rule of law have the same objective,practice route,and responsibility.Secondly,a middle school in Sanmenxia city was taken as the investigation object for field research.By knowing that junior middle school students in the teaching of "moral and the rule of law" originally the status quo,analysis of the present situation of knowledge,namely part in students' moral life go-getters low line,attaches great importance to the theoretical knowledge contempt practice knowledge,some students "know" and "line" disconnect,and then explore the junior middle school students from the aspects of students,teachers and environmental originally in the teaching of "moral and the rule of law" the cause of the problem.Finally,based on the above theoretical research and field investigation,countermeasures are proposed for the application of Wang Yangming's idea of "unity of knowledge and action" in the teaching of Morality and rule of law in junior middle school.This paper discusses from three aspects: improving junior middle school students' knowledge and ability in the teaching of "Morality and rule of law",promoting the professional development of junior middle school teachers in the course of "Morality and rule of law",and optimizing the environment for junior middle school students to develop their awareness of the unity of knowledge and action in the teaching of "morality and rule of law".
