The Investigation Of The Excellent Teachers' Training In The Horizon Of Wang Yangming's Thought Of The Unity Of Knowledge And Action

"The unity of knowledge and action" is an important proposition in Wang Yangming's philosophy,which has been more and more understood and used in many fields such as education,teaching and management.There are many problems in the process of advancing the "Outstanding teachers" training in our country,and the idea of "unity of knowledge and action ",as a kind of local cultural resources,provides a new angle for the research of reviewing and exploring training outstanding teacher and teaching excellence.Through tracing the origin of the problem of "the unity of knowledge and action ",clarifying the development of "the unity of knowledge and action ",showing the era value of "the unity of knowledge and action ",teasing out two important concepts which are the "Saint" ideal "practice personality ",so as to guide the cultivation of outstanding teachers and its teaching in the horizon of "the unity of knowledge and action "."The unity of knowledge and action" emphasize conscience turning to be virtue,to cultivate virtue noble sage as the purpose,and at the same time pay attention to practice to achieve this purpose.Mr Wang Yangming himself is an excellence of uniting knowledge and action,and a great man of inner cultivation and exterior action.The cultivation of outstanding teachers and teaching should be saints in pursuit of the ideal value and practice character of the key personality cultivation.By consulting relevant literature,this paper understands and analyzes related domestic and foreign scholars' research achievements about the idea thought of "the unity of knowledge and action",and explores the deep connotation of the cultivation of excellent teachers.Then,existing related research as the theoretical basis of this study,this paper conceives and designs the questionnaire.Through observing,studying and analyzing survey data and relevant data,this paper sorts out the outstanding teaching status quo of teacher training in the horizon of "the unity of knowledge and action ",and attributes and summarizes,analyzes the relevant factors influencing the outstanding teacher training.At last combining with the actual problem,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of "unity of knowledge and action " of "Saint" ideal "practice personality " and teacher training for excellence.This paper can be mainly divided into the following six parts:The first part: to clarify the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,and defining the core concepts of them.The second part: through reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,analyzing the thought of "the unity of knowledge and action" and the cultivation of excellent teachers,summarizing the deficiency of previous researches and the enlightenment of these researches.The third part: to discuss thought of "the unity of knowledge and action",particularly the "saint ideal" and "practical personality" thought of "the unity of knowledge and action ",to find it with the intrinsic logical relation between training excellent teachers.The fourth part: using questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on to investigate and summary the teaching present situation of training excellent teachers,then to statistic and analyze these data.The fifth part: through the related series investigation,this paper finds that some problems exist in training excellent teachers and teaching.These problems mainly include: cognitive deviations exist in educational ideas;the play of the subjectivity of students is be ignored;in the aspect of teaching content,the theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge are short of cohesion;the teaching method is single,and short of creativity and flexibility;the leading role of practice is out in the aspect of educational idea.And on the above problems,two dimensions,internal and external,are analyzed.The sixth part: according to the above problems,in the horizon of "the unity of knowledge and action",this paper looks at the teaching of training excellent teachers,and gets some enlightenment: on the education ideas,making informed decisions,and insisting on both theory and practice;on education target,unite mind and truth,achieve bright roentgen source and construct the virtue and repair;on teaching content,unifying the rational belief with skills,and highlighting the practice guidance;on teaching methods,the unifying of knowledge and action,insisting on both ideal training and practice.
