In order to implement the "Youth Sports Activities Promotion Plan" promulgated by the seven central ministries and commissions,according to the "Notice of the Ministry of Education of the General Administration of Sports on Printing and Distributing the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers"(Tifa [2020] No.1),with the approval of the people's government and Combined with the actual situation of Hubei Province,it puts forward requirements for schools to carry out rich sports activities.In order to scientifically arrange the morning exercises,large recesses,physical education classes and extracurricular sports activities that schools should carry out every day,the education department actively promotes the characteristic sports activities of "one school,one product" and "one ball and one exercise".According to the above requirements,the creation of a large inter-class pom that is in line with the characteristics of primary school students,integrates campus culture,has rich and diverse content,and is fashionable and innovative in form will help stimulate students' interest in exercise and lay a solid foundation for students' all-round development and lifelong sports.Base.This research takes the creation and practice of pom between primary schools as the research object.After conducting field investigations on primary schools that carry out pom between large classes in Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone as the survey object,Optics Valley is finally selected.The sixth primary school carried out the creation and practice of pom cheer between classes,and selected 100 students as experimental objects to test the effect of practice.This research was carried out and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Through the investigation,it was found that 7 primary schools in Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone were able to respond positively to the relevant national policies.Content innovation needs to be improved and so on.(2)Under the guiding ideology of "improving physical fitness" to "cultivating people with morality",the creation and editing of pom in the large classrooms of primary school should follow the comprehensiveness and pertinence.The principle of combining,combining education and fun,combining science and innovation,and combining universal education and elite education,maximizes the function of educating people.(3)The content elements for the creation of pom between primary school and large classes include theme selection,music matching,action creation,space level and load setting.The layout design of the entire creative work consists of four parts: "prologue","development","climax" and "end".(4)Through the actual effect test,the large-scale inter-class pom can effectively improve the physical quality and physical function of primary school students,and improve the flexibility,core strength and balance ability.The large-scale inter-class pom has been recognized by physical education teachers and received good feedback from students through practice.The following recommendations are made:(1)When creating and compiling the pom in the big class,the teacher should first clarify its purpose,and then draw up the overall layout,and determine the theme and the corresponding music.Then carry out scientific action choreography,and integrate the campus cultural characteristics or national traditional elements to make changes.Based on this,the spatial level and formation changes are conceived,the visual perception stimulation is increased,and various forms and rich content are created.(2)Each school can carry out pom between classes according to the actual situation of the school.Teachers should teach students according to their aptitude when creating and editing,try their best to meet the needs of students' interests and all-round development,and stimulate students' enthusiasm for participating in pom exercise.(3)Relevant education departments can strengthen the emphasis on the pom activities between large classes,regularly hold the pom competition between primary schools and large classes between provinces,cities and districts,and strengthen the experience of promoting mutual creation between schools Exchange,and promote the innovation of pom between classes.
