Throughout the ages,educational punishment has always been a common educational behavior.However,in recent years,with the deepening of the concepts of "encouraging education" and "appreciating education",the existence of educational punishment as its "opposite",coupled with the fact that some social public opinion deliberately distorts the punishment of physical education teachers in teaching practice,physical education teachers have been severely criticized and criticized for punishment,and the normal development of physical education has also been impacted.Compulsory education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and the foundation of national education.Therefore,this paper mainly starts from the definition and basic boundary of educational punishment,and based on the relevant theoretical basis of educational punishment,combined with the problems of empirical investigation,reasonably analyzes how PE teachers in the stage of compulsory education scientifically and effectively implement educational punishment,so as to further enrich and deepen the relevant research of educational punishment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The purpose of this study is to: 1)try to summarize and summarize the characteristics,types and principles of educational discipline implemented by physical education teachers in the stage of compulsory education;2)Investigate the current situation of PE Teachers' implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education,reveal their difficulties and analyze their attribution;3)Explore the reasonable path for physical education teachers to implement educational punishment.This paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,case study and data statistics to study the implementation of physical education teachers' education punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The main problems of PE Teachers' implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China are as follows: 1)confusing the relationship between educational punishment and corporal punishment;2)The randomness of implementing education and punishment;3)Infringe upon the legitimate rights of students;4)The purpose and method of education and punishment are unreasonable;5)Lack of reflection after the implementation of education and punishment.(2)The main reasons for the implementation of educational punishment by physical education teachers in the stage of compulsory education in China are as follows: 1)at the social level,mainly including: physical education teachers are imprisoned by the traditional concept of education and the concept of teachers;The social public opinion direction of PE Teachers' disciplinary power is unclear;2)In terms of schools,it mainly includes: the lack of school legal education;Omission of school-based system;The evaluation mechanism of physical education teachers is unreasonable;3)At the teacher level,it mainly includes: Physical Education Teachers' vague cognition of educational punishment and corporal punishment in the stage of compulsory education;The lack of professional ethics and legal consciousness of physical education teachers in the stage of compulsory education;In the stage of compulsory education,physical education teachers lack self reflection on exercising the right of punishment;4)At the level of students,it mainly includes: Students' weak sense of self-discipline in the stage of compulsory education;The anti frustration ability of students in the stage of compulsory education decreases;5)At the level of parents,the improper concept of education.(3)At present,the types of physical education teachers' implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China mainly include:physical punishment;Warning punishment;Teaching task-based discipline;Action demonstration punishment.(4)At present,the characteristics of PE Teachers' implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China mainly include: the diversity and acceptability of punishment methods;Concealment of disciplinary occasions;The purpose of punishment is targeted and integrated with the "moral education" of sports;The content of punishment is differentiated and flexible.(5)The principles that PE teachers should follow in the implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China: punishment according to contract;Give consideration to subjective value and inter subjective value;teach students in accordance with their aptitude;Light punishment and heavy discipline;No personal insult;Punish "evil" instead of "stupid".Based on this,in order to promote the development of PE Teachers' implementation of educational punishment in the stage of compulsory education in China,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1)understand the object of educational punishment;2)Follow the principle of education and punishment;3)Clearly analyze the boundaries of education and punishment;4)Grasp the opportunity of education and punishment;5)Pay attention to the occasion of education and punishment.
