idea,the module teaching's request,Teachers are required to have more solid professional and technical abilities,and the teaching goal of core literacy requires teachers to have more profound comprehensive knowledge and modern education technology.So2020 edition of the new standard " is the nature of the scientific and comprehensive and abstract,so to work in a line of high school physical education teachers,it will be very hard to understand and implement the physical education teaching process,the difficulty lies in reflect the core accomplishment of health behavior,athletic ability and physical character of three curriculum objectives and over 10 aspects too multifarious,Moreover,it is difficult to grasp the logicality and closeness of teaching contents,teaching evaluation,teaching process,teaching methods and other elements under the guidance of this goal.Therefore,the important problem facing grassroots PHYSICAL education teachers is that they cannot plan physical education and design physical education teaching plan according to the teaching goal of core quality of physical education.After the practical research,the author found that although the overall performance of the experimental group and the control group showed an upward trend,it was obvious that the performance of the experimental group increased more than the control group in terms of sports ability and sports morality,with significant differences.In general,the teaching design adopted in this study has a more significant effect on the teaching of high school football optional course.The key to the implementation of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2020)" lies in physical education teaching design.Excellent physical education teaching design can not only improve the quality of classroom teaching,but also accurately and reasonably implement the core quality of physical education in teaching.Therefore,how to scientifically design the module,unit and class hour teaching plan of each optional course according to the new curriculum standard is not only a realistic dilemma faced by elementary high school PE teachers,but also an urgent task to be solved by high school PE teaching theory researchers.Based on this purpose,this study in high school design as the research object,the teaching proles of optional soccer course based on the theory of the core qualities of PE course,tentatively for seven football module module based on the core literacy teaching design and teaching design research,and in carries on the practice of the affiliated high school of qinghai normal university,the record and write the implementation process,the football teaching design case,Verify the effect of teaching implementation to ensure the rationality and operability of teaching design.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)2020 version of the "ordinary high school sports and health standards" football under compulsory elementary module and the sports and health standards(2011)compared to the football course,on the teaching target,teaching content more in line with the core literacy in the new period of development,at the request of the education quality,teaching requires a higher,more scientific,The football course is also studied systematically in sufficient time,which makes the football course teaching show more professional characteristics,and makes the width and thickness of the football teaching content change greatly,and its teaching mode and teaching method are also innovated and developed accordingly.(2)The author through to the students of sports discipline core literacy and sports ability,physical character,healthy behavior through skill test,observation method,evaluation questionnaire evaluation methods,such as the inspection,can see clearly that after the experiment in athletic ability and physical character of the achievement of the experimental group than the control group increased the size of the larger,with significant difference.In general,the teaching design adopted in this study has a more significant effect on the teaching of high school football optional course.(3)The teaching design of high school football optional course based on the 2020 new curriculum standard is conducive to teachers' teaching and students' learning,and can effectively improve the teaching effect of high school football optional course.For the present football teaching work has certain value and significance.(4)When making football lesson teaching target on the carrier of football skills,training students' health behavior,physical character,through the study of football course,students not only loved football,and the ability to actively participate in sports,more important is to enable students to master the practice method of football training,the formation of healthy health civilized way of life,Carry out the core quality of physical education in teaching.(5)The implementation of high school football option course adopts three curriculum types: teaching practice course,teaching theory course and competition course.The three curriculum types are integrated according to the actual situation,and the teaching methods in senior high school pay attention to the interesting,and gradually transition to competitive,specialized.In teaching design,measures should be taken according to local conditions,local characteristics should be brought into play,various resources should be rationally utilized and flexible.
