With the entry of human into the information society, education information has become an crucial measure promoting and deepening the educational reformation in secondary schools.Integrating information technology with modern educational concepts and curriculum teaching effectively,to some extent,is of great significance to improve the teaching efficiency, strengthen the teaching quality and enhance students' comprehensive quality.General High School Curriculum Standard in Technology's Area(2017 Edition)has clearly put forward that, departments of education in secondary schools shall aim at comprehensively improving students' information literacy, effectively utilize modern information technology to integrate curriculum resources in light of their own actual characteristics, diversify students' learning methods, encourage students to independently study and conduct practical activities in an open and collaborative digital environment, and make use of multiple ways to carry out their learning evaluation.Blending Learning, since Singh has given new meaning to the teaching strategy for it,has attracted more and more attention by global educators. The essence of this learning is to combine the advantages of face-to-face classroom instruction and digital learning,so that all the elements of learning can be effectively combined according to learning objectives and learning conditions. In addition,it optimizes the teaching resources, integrates the modern information technology and traditional teaching methods, and adopts the meta-evaluation method to realize the complementation of online and offline teaching methods,as well as to optimize learning objectives and learning effects with a lower cost. Therefore,it provides a new way of thinking for exploring how to better carry out high school information technology teaching under the background of the new curriculum reformation. The study uses some theories and experiences for reference, such as curriculum resources integration and blending learning at home and abroad, and takes Chongqing Yongchuan middle school as an example, based on the principle of integrating theory with practice.Linking with the current situation of high school information curriculum and students characteristics, integrating with training requirements of the new curriculum reformation and utilizing top international open source curriculum management platform Moodle, the middle school integrates and constructs a learning environment with digital independence and cooperation, designs a blending learning mode suitable for its characteristics, and applies it to the teaching practice to comprehensively improve students' information literacy. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The Feasibility Analysis of Current Situation of Middle School Information Curriculum and Blending LearningThis study investigates the information curriculum and informatization construction in middle schools, analyzes the information curriculum resources and students' characteristics, and demonstrates the feasibility of integrating resources and developing blending learning,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis.(2)Integration of Information Technology Curriculum Resources and Teaching Design in middle school Based on Blending LearningIt integrates and builds a resource-rich digital independent and collaborative learning environment on Moodle platform.According to the requirements of the new curriculum reformation,it completes the blending learning design suitable for school characteristics from four levels, such as pre-class learning,in-class independent learning,in-class evaluation,after-class evaluation and testing.(3)Teaching Case Practice Based on Blending TeachingAccording to the content of teaching practice, two articles are taken as examples, one is "Go into Artificial Intelligence" with strong theory, and the other is "Who is the Parents' Little Cotton Padded Jacket" with strong operability. It carries on the analysis from three aspects, respectively for the design idea, the activity flow, the teaching process, and finally introduces in detail how to comprehensively improve students' information literacy during high school information technology teaching based on blending teaching. This method provides a good reference value for high school information technology teaching under the background of the new curriculum reformation.(4)Effect Evaluation Based on Blending TeachingIt adopts the method of questionnaire survey and combines the data of students' learning behavior and academic achievement to analyze blending learning effecting learning effect from qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The results show that blending teaching can promote students' learning. There are improvements in chapter scores, examination results and the number of winners in the information contest.Besides, rich teaching resources and personalized online learning methods arouse students' learning interest.Independent classroom learning and group cooperation not only enable students to be more proficient in basic knowledge and practical skills of computer, but also cultivate students' ability to explore independently and team cooperation spirit. Finally,it can greatly enhance students' awareness of active learning. To sum up,this study has effectively improved high school information technology teaching and comprehensively cultivated students' information literacy, and also provided direct case demonstration and argument for systematically exploring the blending teaching of information technology curriculum in middle schools, under the background of the new curriculum reformation. At the same time,it can be used for reference in the informatization construction of other basic education curriculum.
