The development of chemistry education in minority areas is weak,and the most fundamental reason is the problem of teachers' ability.The main part of teachers' ability structure is classroom teaching ability,which can directly affect the quality of teachers' classroom teaching.Therefore,constructing the evaluation index and standard of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability in minority middle schools,evaluating the present situation of teachers' classroom teaching ability and analyzing its existing problems can not only promote the professional development of chemistry teachers in minority middle schools more effectively,but also help the construction of chemistry teachers in minority areas,and solve the problem of weak chemistry education in minority areas from the root.Due to the influence of many factors,the development of chemistry education in minority areas is weak.The main reason is teachers' ability,and the main part of teachers' ability structure is classroom teaching ability,which can directly affect teachers' classroom teaching quality.Therefore,constructing the evaluation index and standard of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability in ethnic middle schools,evaluating the present situation of teachers' classroom teaching ability and analyzing the existing problems can not only effectively promote the professional development of chemistry teachers in ethnic middle schools,but also help to build the team of chemistry teachers in ethnic minority areas,and fundamentally solve the problem of weak chemistry education in ethnic minority areas.Firstly,through the literature research method,the connotation,evaluation index and content of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability in Qinghai ethnic middle school are determined,including two first-class indexes,namely,classroom teaching design ability and classroom teaching implementation ability;Eleven secondary indicators: learning situation analysis ability,teaching content analysis ability,teaching goal and difficulty design ability,teaching method and resource selection ability,teaching process design ability,teaching reflection ability,situation creation ability,explanation ability,questioning ability,classroom organization and management ability,blackboard writing and multimedia use ability.Based on this,the evaluation scale is designed in combination with the research needs,and the evaluation standard(preset version)of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability level in ethnic middle schools is preset,including four levels: excellent,good,qualified and unqualified.The above contents have been revised repeatedly according to the opinions and suggestions of experts and front-line teachers,and have certain reliability and validity.Then,analyze the collected data.Classroom design ability is analyzed and evaluated by three researchers by using the evaluation scale.Analysis of classroom implementation ability: Two researchers encoded classroom teaching videos with NVIVO12,and then classified,counted and analyzed the exported coding scripts,and evaluated them with the evaluation scale.According to the above analysis method,the remaining data are analyzed to understand the present situation of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability in minority middle schools in some areas of Qinghai Province,and the evaluation standard of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability level in minority middle schools is revised again in combination with teachers' actual behavior.Finally,the conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)The present situation: among the chemistry teachers' classroom teaching abilities in minzu middle schools,the classroom teaching design ability is at an unqualified level,among which the design ability of teaching objectives and important and difficult points is at a good level,the selection ability of teaching methods and resources,the design ability of teaching process,and the teaching reflection ability are at an unqualified level,while the analysis ability of learning situation and teaching content is at an unqualified level;Classroom teaching implementation ability is at a qualified level,among which explanation ability is at a good level,situation creation ability,questioning ability,classroom organization and management ability,writing on the blackboard and multimedia use ability are at a qualified level;(2)Evaluation standard of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching ability level in ethnic middle schools(final edition).Based on the above situation and specific analysis,it is found that chemistry teachers in minzu middle schools are good at designing teaching objectives and explaining skills,but there are also many problems in other aspects.Finally,according to the problems,some suggestions are put forward to improve the classroom teaching ability of chemistry teachers in minzu middle schools.
