Depending on the extensive documents research, the article does the investigation in depth on the physics classroom teaching capacity evaluation in middle school, with the teaching theory of constructivism,developing evaluation theory of teachers and physics new course theory in middle school, step by step to create the physics classroom teaching capacity evaluation system in middle school, the system classifies the physics classroom teaching capacity in middle school as classroom expressing ability,classroom organizing management ability,classroom innovation ability,classroom laboratory teaching ability,classroom multimedia application ability,classroom blackboard-writing ability and classroom evaluation ability as seven latitudes, and analyze the meaning,construction and impacted factors of these seven latitudes, so as to decide three-levels targets index of reasonable evaluation and corresponding to these seven latitudes.
