The campus football activities has attracted more and more attention from all sectors of society, the construction of the campus football system is the key to the healthy development of the campus football activities order The evaluation index system of young football teachers' teaching ability is a subsystem of the campus football system, so it is an urgent problem to improve the evaluation system of the teaching ability. The establishment of the evaluation index system of Nanjing middle school football teachers' classroom teaching ability has a leading role in the development of football teachers, and can promote the smooth implementation of the reform of school football teaching.This paper is divided into three parts, including introduction, text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction of the topic, including the background and basis of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, this part also carries on the literature review, so as to put forward the research questions. The second part is the core of the thesis. The first chapter discusses the research object, the object, the key problems to be solved and the research methods, and the main contents of the research are clarified in the second chapter. The third chapter points out the particularity of the football teaching in middle school,and clarifies the research direction of the classroom teaching ability. The fourth chapter analyzes the application of the theory of constructivism and the theory of information processing in the establishment of the index, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the index system.The fifth chapter, the sixth chapter and the seventh chapter are the main body of the thesis. First of all, by consulting the relevant literature, interviews with experts in the field and the first line of football teachers, the paper preliminarily screened the evaluation index of the classroom teaching ability of the football teachers in middle schools. Then, using the Delphi method to constitute the evaluation index of the classroom teaching ability of high school football teachers, and finally to determine the evaluation index system of the classroom teaching ability of the middle school football teachers. Then,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the classroom teaching ability of football teachers in Yuhuatai middle school in Nanjing. The third part is the research results, conclusions and prospects.The research results include three points: first, the evaluation index system of high school football teachers' teaching ability of a total of 46, including 4 first class indicators: teaching design ability, teaching content, classroom teaching ability and management ability, the evaluation of classroom teaching ability; two grade index 9 is writing teaching plan on Students ability, judgment ability the ability of language expression and action skills, football skills and Tactics Teaching in practice application ability, classroom instruction ability, teaching ability, the evaluation of students' ability, classroom self evaluation ability; three indicators 33. Second, the weight of each index is determined by expert evaluation. Third, after the completion of the evaluation system, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the results, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation.Through the research, we find that the classroom teaching ability of middle school football teachers can be evaluated, and the evaluation method is scientific and practical.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of the particularity of the football teaching in middle school, and establishes the evaluation index system of the classroom teaching ability of the middle school football teachers. But the paper also has shortcomings. First, due to the limited practice and theoretical knowledge, the indicators of the classroom teaching ability of football teachers are not perfect, and need to be further studied. Second, the evaluation system can only be used for the evaluation of a football class, but can not evaluate the whole teaching ability of teachers.
