The mathematics learning literacy and ability of high school students have great plasticity, and each student has its own mathematical thinking and mathematical behavior. The "Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition,2020Revision)" for ordinary high schools advocates the need to understand students’ cognitive characteristics, pay attention to their personality development, create a suitable educational and teaching environment, stimulate students’ enthusiasm, and enable each student’s ability to be fully developed and developing.Cognitive style of mathematics learning is just a preference habit of mathematics learning. There is no difference between high and low, good or bad.Only by mastering the cognitive style of students and giving them a matching teaching environment, high school students with different styles can learn effectively to play the greatest advantage of its learning cognitive style.Mathematical learning cognitive style is closely related to mathematics learning.Using the connection between high school students’ different mathematics learning cognitive styles and mathematics learning interests, through the method of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,it provides reasonable matching strategies for high school students’ mathematics learning,so as to cultivate and improve the mathematics learning.Students are interested in learning about various topics in the mathematics curriculum and improve their mathematical literacy. They can observe the world with mathematical eyes, think about the world with mathematical thinking, and express the world with mathematical language, and thus promote the cultivation of logical thinking, experimental ability and creative awareness among senior high school students.so that students can develop in the direction of sustainable development and lifelong learning. This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method, taking high school students from two middle schools in Xining city as the research object,to analyze the current situation of high school students’ mathematics learning cognitive style and mathematics learning interest, and the relationship between different types of mathematics learning cognitive style and mathematics learning interest.Research.Using SPSS 20.0 software to process data, the main conclusions obtained include:1.The overall situation of high school students’ cognitive style of mathematics learning is good. There are significant differences in the cognitive style of mathematics learning among the three grades of senior high school, and there is no significant difference between male and female students, arts and science subjects. There are significant differences among liberal arts students;2.The overall situation of high school students’ interest in mathematics learning is good. There are significant differences in mathematics learning interest between the three grades of senior high school and between liberal arts and science subjects. There is no significant difference between boys and girls. There are significant differences among liberal arts students;3.There is an obvious positive correlation between the cognitive style of high school students’ mathematics learning and their interest in mathematics learning, and there are positive correlations between the verbal perception, simultaneous processing, strong abstraction, and analytical dimensions in the cognitive style of mathematics learning and mathematics learning interest.4.Mathematical learning cognitive style can positively predict mathematical learning interest, and each dimension of mathematical learning cognitive style can also positively predict each dimension of mathematical learning interest, while mathematical learning interest cannot predict mathematical learning cognitive style.
