The fundamental purpose of "teaching" is to promote the all-round development of human beings and to cultivate four good qualities of students.Due to the special nature of the "nurturing" function of Morality and Law courses in secondary schools, the dominent role of students in class is more prominent.Since the new curriculum reform, the Morality and Law courses have advocated the unity of teacher-led and student-centered teaching. The main participatory classroom teaching of the Morality and Law courses in secondary schools is based on the premise of democracy and equality. The teachers' approach to classroom teaching is to guide students to participate effectively in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills,to develop their emotional attitudes,to enhance their thinking and to seek more holistic development. In the actual classroom teaching process, teachers should be flexible in developing or adjusting teaching practices according to the actual situation, and use a variety of teaching media and teaching methods to ensure the students' dominent role,so that they can take an active part in the classroom and construct a knowledge system volunteerly. The practical principles of subjective participatory classroom teaching mainly follow: the principle of subjectivity, the principle of guidance, the principle of practicality, the principle of comprehensiveness and the principle of fairness. The main research method adopted in this paper is the practice research method. On the basis of in-depth study of the subject participatory teaching theory,it integrates and draws lessons from a variety of teaching practice modes, such as "one drive, the third mock examination and five rings" teaching mode;"5:5" teaching mode;In the specific teaching process, according to the learning content and the actual needs of students' development,a variety of teaching methods such as subject participation method, situational teaching method, cooperative inquiry method and practical teaching method are comprehensively used.In the process of carrying out the practice of subjective participatory classroom teaching for junior middle school students, carefully observe the students' classroom response, learning effectiveness, thinking and ability growth. After class, interview some students to understand their feelings, gains and difficulties in the classroom,so as to study and analyze the practical process of subjective participatory teaching.Combined with the actual situation of students and teachers,it is found that there are some problems in the process of practice:Students' perfunctory participation in the classroom;Generalization of students' participation; The teaching progress is seriously lagging behind.Through the research,it is found that the main reasons affecting students' participation in the classroom are:the lack of students' cognition and ability makes students unable to participate in the classroom independently;Subject participation teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers, and teachers have some difficulties in changing teaching ideas and carrying out teaching practice;Influenced by exam oriented education, instructional design tends to be formal and lacks interest and education. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some improvement methods: first, change students' learning cognition and form the habit of autonomous learning;Second, strengthen the construction of Ideological and political teachers and effectively improve teachers' teaching ability;Third, create a good main teaching atmosphere of Ideological and political course and build a stage for students' ability display;Fourth, establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system to promote the all-round development of students. The research on subject participatory classroom teaching aims to provide ideas for the all-round development of students and teachers' innovative education and teaching.
