The deep change of the 13th meeting examined and approved the promoting the healthy growth of the teenagers opinions on deepening teaching body fusion ",points out that to set up the education idea of " health first ",to deepen teaching fused promote adolescent health development,help students in physical exercise " enjoy the fun exercise,enhanced physique,healthy personality and the will.Train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and artistically.In the process of school badminton teaching,most teaching methods adopt traditional training methods.In this study,Crossfit training method is integrated into college students' badminton lessons to explore the influence of Crossfit training method on students compared with traditional teaching.According to the requirements of comprehensive quality of students in the Opinions,I will evaluate and compare the improvement effect of three indicators of athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality on the experimental group and the control group,so as to provide reference for various sports events and give full play to the application value of Crossfit.And the icing on the cake for the sport.In this paper,literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistical analysis method and other research methods are used to explore the impact of Crossfit training method and traditional physical training method on college badminton lessons.During the 12-week experimental training of badminton courses for undergraduates of Harbin Institute of Physical Education,a number of data measured before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.According to the research,there are significant differences in the performance of the two groups before and after the experiment.Both the badminton lessons with Crossfit application and the traditional badminton lessons have improved students' athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.2.The badminton class after the application of Crossfit training is more conducive to the improvement of students' athletic ability,and the improvement of students' strength,speed,endurance and comprehensive level of badminton is more significant than the traditional badminton class.3.The badminton class after the application of Crossfit training is more conducive to the improvement of students' health behavior and sports morality.The statistical results show that the health behavior and sports morality of students who participate in the badminton class after the application of Crossfit training are more prominent than the traditional badminton class.
