| Physical fitness is an important factor in supporting athletes to learn and master skills and participate in the competition.Good physical fitness can help athletes perform many difficult technical moves on the field.Physical training is a very popular physical training system abroad in recent years.It has been widely used in military training and athlete training and achieved good results.Foreign studies have shown that crossfit is closer to natural fitness than traditional fitness methods and more conducive to comprehensive physical exercise in effective time.Various aerobic and anaerobic training significantly improved the aerobic endurance,anaerobic endurance and explosive force of athletes.Through this way of exercise to exercise the body more in line with the training needs of today's badminton players.This paper uses literature,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the different effects of the two training methods on young badminton players.And try to improve some aspects of badminton special physical training.This paper conducted an 8-week training experiment on 24 young badminton players aged 15-18 who participated in the summer training of baoding badminton training base,compared and analyzed a large number of test data before and after the experiment,and reached the following conclusions:1.The research shows that before and after the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups,both training methods can improve the athletes' quality indexes;2.Compared with the traditional physical fitness training methods,the comprehensive physical fitness training system significantly improved the development level of cardiopulmonary function of young badminton players;3.Compared with the traditional physical training methods,the comprehensive physical training system can significantly improve the strength quality of young badminton players,especially the upper body strength.4.Comprehensive fitness training system and traditional physical fitness training methods improve the agility development level of young badminton players,but there is little difference in the improvement effect.5.Compared with the traditional physical fitness training methods,the physical fitness training system improves the explosive development level of young badminton players;6.Comprehensive fitness training system and traditional physical fitness training methods improved the flexibility development level of young badminton players,but the improvement effect was not different. |
