Innovation Research On Talents Training Mode Of Journalism Education In Domestic Local Colleges Under The Background Of Media Convergence

Following the development of new media technology and the popularizing of smart terminal, the trend of media convergence is becoming increasing fierce. The speak Xi Jinping gave in the central comprehensively deepen reform leading group fourth meeting in August,2014promote media convergence into the height of national strategy. Media convergence brings opportunity and challenge to the enterprise of journalism and communication from institution setting to content interview and writing. As the talents guarantee of news media, media colleges should take reform to adapt to the development of media convergence.The local journalism colleges account for a large proportion in the journalism colleges in our country. While because of the limitation of resource and condition, they have a number of problems such as vague training objective, obsolete teaching philosophy, insufficient fund, deficient technical equipment and practice base, weak faculty and so on. Therefore, it seems significance to find an innovative way to solve the problems local journalism colleges have.The Journalism School of Columbia University is famous for its bold innovation. And the Journalism School of Missouri is known throughout the world for its long history and advance with the times. The teaching modes of these two famous schools are always the representative of the reform, thus give journalism domestic colleges guidance. Based on the introduction of the teaching mode about these two famous schools, this article tries to analysis the reform of teaching mode about journalism talents in three key universities in our country, in order to guide the reform process of local journalism colleges.Based on the analysis of current situation about local journalism colleges and the reference of key universities, the article put forward five points on reform of local journalism colleges. First, pinpoint self-position and have a directed education. Second, expand practical training and have a joint development with companies. Third, integrate faculty and invite senior journalists as teacher. Forth, complete curriculum system and promote comprehensive strength. Fifth, vary the evaluation mode of graduation.
