"The great plan for a century is education.Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education." said by General Secretary Xi.The private high school is an important part of education,and private high school teachers are responsible for the happy learning and healthy growth of private high school students.If private high schools want to develop themselves sustainably,they must pay attention to the construction of the teachers.However,there are many problems in the incentives of teachers in private high schools.For example,teacher incentive measures do not match the actual needs of teachers,and the process of teacher incentive is not humanized enough.As a result,private high school teachers are unstable and have low work enthusiasm,which affects the learning and growth of private high school students.Therefore,the research on teacher incentives in private high schools is urgent.Based on the Dual-factor Theory,this study takes X Private High School in Guiyang as a case,and the research object is the teachers of X Private High School.There are three research methods on this study.They are Questionnaire Survey,Interview Survey and Literature Method.Questionnaire Survey and Interview Survey were used to investigate the current incentive situation of X Private High School teachers,the views and evaluations of X Private High School teachers on the current incentive measures.SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze and process the data collected from the questionnaire.First,the researcher finds out the optimal motivating factor among health care factors and motivating factors.Second,the researcher researches the correlation between the stimulation factors and the enthusiasm mobilizing of X Private High School teachers and the level of the correlation through the Correlation Analysis.Finally,the researcher studies X Private High School teachers' different attitudes towards motivational factors via One-way Analysis of Variance.Combined with the results of data analysis and the information obtained from the interviews,the problems and reasons of the current situation of teacher incentives in X Private High School are found.Last but not least,from the perspective of Dual-factor Theory,the optimization strategies of teacher incentives in X Private High School are summarized.The study finds that from the perspective of the Dual-factor Theory,there are some problems in both health care factors and stimulation factors in the incentive measures of X Private High School teachers.Among the health care factors,the main factors causing the dissatisfaction of X Private High School teachers are: salary and welfare system,social security system and interpersonal relationships.The main problems in stimulation factors are: work achievement and recognition.Based on the above problems,this study proposes optimization strategies for teacher incentives of X Private High Schools.That is to meet the health care needs of X Private High School teachers by improving the salary system,reforming the professional title evaluation system,improving the social security system,flexible working hours,and maintaining good communication,etc.and to meet the stimulation factors by implementing value recognition and incentives to improve teachers' sense of work achievement,implementing "Teacher-based Management" to reflect teachers' ownership,strengthening humanistic management to guide teachers' self-motivation.In the end,health care factors and stimulation factors go hand in hand to maintain the stability of X Private High School teachers,to improve the working enthusiasm of X Private High School teachers and thus to promote the sustainable development of local private education.
