At present,with the continuous promotion of the new physics curriculum reform in China,core literacy has become a new concept in the field of physics education research,and it is also the priority among priorities in the implementation of education reform in the next stage.Core literacy advocates taking students' all-round development as the starting point,enhancing students' learning motivation,guiding teachers to carry out theoretical education in connection with practical life,and improving students' teaching quality.High school physics learning motivation is mainly reflected in students' strong desire for physics learning,which is the driving force for the development of physics teaching.Students with physics learning motivation,thinking will be more active,teaching effect will be more significant.So,as teachers need to guide and inspire students to know the students after the new curriculum reform have put forward the core quality requirements,in the daily teaching can be more in-depth and thorough understanding of the learning motivation of the current state of the students,and has the purpose of effectively stimulate students' learning motivation strategy is put forward,so that they can to a certain extent,improve the students' learning motivation,so that the students in the learning process To form a state that can give play to subjective initiative,maintain students' good interest in learning,so that students really realize the meaning and value of lifelong learning.This paper reviews the theoretical achievements of core literacy and learning motivation at home and abroad,and discusses the advantages and references of previous studies.It is concluded that the study of learning motivation at home and abroad continues to deepen,the study of high school physics learning motivation under the concept of core literacy is not comprehensive and meticulous.Therefore,this paper conducts a statistical study on the learning motivation intensity of different types of students,and analyzes the reasons and trends of the differences in learning motivation of these students.At the same time,based on the theory of physics learning motivation under the concept of core literacy,a questionnaire on the current situation of high school physics learning motivation under the concept of core literacy was designed to investigate the current situation of students' physics learning motivation and the overall motivation level of high school physics teachers in three high schools in Xining city.Questionnaire using the theory of SPSS data analysis method,through the descriptive data analysis,single factor variance analysis for data research,survey data for statistical analysis and so on degree of freedom,correlation coefficient,F value,and then focuses on the core concept of literacy of students physical learning motivation and learning effect,learning,learning interest,etc.The interaction between several factors.Finally,the motivation strategies are proposed from the aspects of students' inner cognition,application of physical methods,questioning and communication,and external sense of responsibility,and the implementation design and effect test are carried out.Students' motivation in physics learning under the concept of core literacy is significantly enhanced.Strategies to stimulate the motivation of high school students' physics learning under the concept of core literacy can help the majority of front-line teachers to find a breakthrough method more suitable for themselves,and also provide certain reference for the research in this field,and hope to further optimize it in teaching practice.
