The motivation of high school physics learning is mainly reflected in students'strong desire for physics learning and the internal motivation for promoting physics learning.If students have the motivation to learn physics,their thinking will be more active and the teaching effect will be more significant.At present,the research on learning motivation at home and abroad is deepening,but the research on the motivation of high school physics learning is not comprehensive and meticulous.To this end,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature research method,combined with its own years of teaching experience,to investigate the students of high school in Bayi Middle School of Shule County,Kashi District,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and analyzes the influence of high school students' physics learning motivation.Factors,and analyzes and summarize the improvement strategies of students'learning motivation in high school physics teaching,hoping to effectively solve the practical problems of high school students' physics learning motivation.The main conclusions of this paper include the following:First,there are differences in the motivations of physics learning among students of different genders,class nature,and grade level.Second,there is a positive correlation between students' cognitive drive,self-efficacy and students' physics performance.The higher the cognitive drive and self-efficacy,the better the student's academic performance.Third,the factors affecting the differences in physics learning motivation of high school students include internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include gender,student personality,grade level,etc.External factors include the common influence of many factors such as family and school.Fourth,to improve students' motivation in high school physics teaching,it is necessary to focus on improving students' cognitive drive and self-efficacy,strengthen the cultivation of affiliated internal drive,and correctly use teaching evaluation.
