With the promotion of quality education in China and the gradual improvement of physical health education for middle school students,more and more attention is paid to the physical health of middle school students.With the general development of the new college entrance examination policy nationwide,students still have considerable academic pressure,and it is difficult to be admitted to the ideal university.Some students choose the form of art college entrance examination,and the requirements of art for cultural course performance are relatively low,which can effectively help students to enter the ideal university campus.In the teaching process of art aerobics,the traditional teaching methods are relatively boring,and students' interest in learning is not high,and it is slow to improve students' professional performance.Therefore,diverse teaching methods are needed to help students improve their professional performance.According to the Rules of Mass Bodythenics Competition and the 2021 Competitive Bodythenics Competition Rules,the course objectives are divided into technical skills,intensity,consistency,music and coordination,complete sets of creativity and style,and performance,and the students' learning effect of students is judged as the standard.In order to improve students' academic performance,this paper applies the target teaching method to the aerobics teaching process to conduct experimental research and analysis.Literature data method,experimental method,expert interview method and logic analysis method are used for the learning effect of aerobics in high school students.In this article,two groups of girls of Xuanhua No.4 Middle School in Zhangjiakou City.Two art classes of Gao Yi were selected as the subjects,respectively,experimental group and control group,for A 16-week aerobics teaching experiment of 2 hours a day except for the weekend r,est.The experimental and control group through the aerobics performance test made the following conclusion:Objective The teaching method has significantly improved the technical skills in high school aerobics,with the group jump and back split progressing faster than push-ups and right Angle support.The performance of high school students in the control group is not obvious,but for the music rhythm and a combination of the test has a certain degree of progress.Objective teaching method has significantly improved the performance of students of high school students,the motivation and enthusiasm of students' independent creation are significantly improved,and the ability of students to organize and cooperate has been greatly improved.Through the target teaching method,it effectively improves students' understanding and interest in aerobics,understands the rules of the competition,helps students to reduce their academic pressure,and cultivates students' initiative in learning and enterprising attitude.Objective teaching method takes students as the main body,through the design of teaching objectives in different periods,as well as the teaching process of teachers constantly adjusting and reflecting,so as to achieve the technical skills,special strength,consistency,the improvement of different degrees of music and in production,complete set of creativity and style and performance goals to different degrees.
