Class session is still the main form of group teaching in the current practice of the school education in our country. However, the diversity of students is growing gradually with the popularization of senior high school education in recent years. The uniform goal of class session can’t fulfill the requirements of the quality education which is mainly implemented in the classroom. Therefore, the study of the method of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude in class session is of special significance.To solve the contradictions, In this dissertation, the author proposed the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method based on the successful experience of’target teaching’,’hierarchical teaching’ and the ongoing education reform topic, discussed the theoretical framework and operation process. It could improve the traditional target classification system with the modern cognitive theory and guide the teaching aim narrating. In addition, the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method focused on the diversity of students, starting from the people-oriented concept of education, exploring the most suitable classroom organization for the current development of students and guiding the students to learn how to learn.This dissertation consisted of five chapters, firstly starting with the proposal of cause of the target hierarchical guidance in classroom teaching based on the analysis of the current middle school education teaching situation. The second chapter was the concrete definition of the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method and the exposition of the scientificalness of this method from the perspectives of pedagogy and psychology. A survey of the high school mathematics learning goal layering and form of classroom organization was performed in the third chapter, based on which the necessity of teaching target guidance was discussed. In the fourth chapter, the author discussed the content of the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method in detail. Finally, the effectiveness of teaching target guiding classroom in senior high school mathematics teaching experimental was conducted for6months. The results of the contrast experiment showed that the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method could significantly improve the teaching efficiency and quality, cultivate the ability of students, and promote the development of the students. Hence, the "target hierarchical guidance" teaching method is an effective method for the implementation of quality education at the present stage.In parallel to the ordinary high middle school the purpose of this paper is to research how to effectively carry out stratified teaching, how to apply mathematics teaching goal stratification and narrates to mathematics stratified teaching practice, the key is to explore how the goal guidance, stimulate different levels in common class students’ learning interest in mathematics and learning enthusiasm, promote students’ effective learning.The author invested and analyzed the target hierarchical condition in mathematics study and the implementation of cooperated-study using the investigation method of questionnaire and class session evaluation.
