In recent years,outdoor independent games have blossomed everywhere in kindergartens across the country.With the continuous maturity of outdoor independent games,the plan has also entered the vision of teachers and researchers.In kindergartens,in order to promote children's orderly and free play,some teachers add the "plan" to the process of children's play,but in practical application,the plan has become an obstacle for children to play outdoor independent games.The reason is that teachers do not really understand the plan from the perspective of children.Therefore,this study explores the development of children's planning in outdoor autonomous games from the perspective of children,in order to help teachers understand children's planning in their eyes,so as to improve children's planning ability.This study adopts the paradigm of action research,adds the mosaic method to the specific implementation process of action research,and carries out three rounds of action research.In the first round of action research,children use "children's meeting" and "theme painting" to clarify their plan cognition and improve their ability to make plans;In the second round of action research,on the basis of implementing the plan,children use "children's interview","voting method" and "collective meeting" to connect the formulation and implementation plan and improve their ability to implement the plan.In the third round of action research,children use "independent photography","children's journey","book production","children's interview" and "magic carpet" to connect the formulation,implementation plan and review plan,Improve your ability to review the plan.Based on the above three rounds of action research,the researchers analyzed the characteristics of children's planning ability in outdoor autonomous games,so as to find the effect of action research.In the process of analysis,it is found that children show characteristics in the ability of making plans,implementing plans and reviewing plans.It has the ability of cognition and experience in making plans,and is consistent in terms of children's ability to make plans;In terms of the ability to implement the plan,children's monitoring and adjustment of the plan are dual and biased;The use of children's planning strategies is developmental and missing.In terms of reviewing planning ability,children's plan inspection is autonomous and neglected,and children's plan evaluation is diverse and inaccurate.At the same time,it expounds the positive impact of the mosaic method in the implementation of action research from the perspectives of children and cooperative teachers.On this basis,the researchers put forward some suggestions to improve children's planning ability from the level of children,teachers and kindergartens,such as giving full play to peer effect,following children's needs and interests,adding planning links to one-day life,and making full use of teaching and research resources.
