Teaching advocate is a systematic,core,and unique understanding and opinion about education and teaching that teachers gradually develop and improve in their long-term teaching practice.Teaching advocates come from and guide teaching practice.In the new era,the state is making great efforts to build the teaching team and improve the professional level of teachers.Outstanding teachers are the benchmark and role model of the teaching profession and the guide to promote teachers' professional development.The teaching advocates of outstanding teachers reflect their personal professional development and at the same time reflect their teaching styles.Therefore,an in-depth study of the teaching advocate of outstanding teachers can help show a more full and concrete image of outstanding teachers' teaching,so as to better play the leading role of outstanding teachers.This study is a case study on the outstanding mathematics teacher teacher S from S School in Shenyang,Through participation in lesson preparation,classroom listening activities and in-class interviews with outstanding teacher S,the author gets specific ideas of Outstanding Teacher S' teaching advocates and the basis for advocate generation.Besides the author used the methods of analyzing lesson preparation notes,classroom observations,and post-class interviews in order to study the teaching materials interpretation and classroom teaching characteristics guided by Outstanding Teacher S' teaching advocates.Through an in-depth analysis of Outstanding Teacher S' teaching advocates,the author comes to the following conclusions: Outstanding Teacher S' teaching advocate is "back-to-basics teaching",a kind of teaching that returns to the laws of the subject,the laws of education and the laws of education.The "back-to-basics teaching" includes three points:returning to the essence of mathematics,returning to the students' originality,and returning to the real study.In teaching,she focuses on cultivating students' rational thinking,taking students as the main body,respecting students' development needs,and emphasizing the effectiveness of bilateral activities of teaching and learning.Based on the study of outstanding teachers' S teaching advocates,this paper draws relevant insights and offers specific suggestions in both facilitating teachers' generation of personal teaching advocates and promoting mathematics teachers' professional development.
