Outstanding preschool teacher is an important part of kindergarten teachers. Outstanding preschool teacher is an important guarantee of the quality of early childhood education. The study and analysis of the growth process, teaching activity Characteristics and professional ethics of Outstanding Preschool teachers can serve as a role models for novice teachers and is of significant meanings to enrich the theory of preschool teachers’professional development, improve overall quality of kindergarten teachers and enhance the quality of nursery education and teaching.Qualitative study method was used in this research and we conducted a case study to the outstanding Teacher Miss Y from Fujian normal university affiliated kindergarten. By interviewing method, we explored the inner world of outstanding kindergarten teachers. Through the observation, we observe that teaching activities of outstanding teachers and her performance in the teaching and learning activities. Through research, we learned the life experience of the excellent teacher, and how to make constant progress in the process of growth. The excellent teacher’s teaching process and teaching characteristics. The professional qualities of the excellent teachers. These research results will provide reference for novice teachers’ professional development and mentoring.
