By interviewing method, we explored the inner world of outstanding kindergarten teachers. Through the observation, we observe that teaching activities of outstanding teachers and her performance in the teaching and learning activities. Through research, we learned the life experience of the excellent teacher, and how to make constant progress in the process of growth.
