| As the socialist education with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have separately proposed labor education,reintegrated it into the party’s education policy,and gave it new connotations of the times.All the time,schools of all levels and types have conscientiously implemented the Party’s educational policy,and have played an active and important role in the cultivation of talents,and have achieved certain results.While achieving certain results,we must also see the phenomenon of some junior high school students who love to work,get something for nothing,and work dishonestly.Therefore,strengthening labor education and the integration of disciplines and professions is a top priority for school education.In order to analyze the integration of labor education in disciplines,this article takes junior high school ethics and rule of law as the research object,using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods to clarify the following issues:First,labor education and junior high school ethics in the new era What is the necessity and feasibility of blending with the internal connection and coherence of the discipline of the rule of law? Second,what are the problems with the integration of labor education into the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools in the new era? And what are the reasons behind these problems?
